Then was supposed to be delivered on Jan 23th, but they canceled due to the freezing rain that was gone by noon & my daughter lost a day of pay. Washer finally delivered today Jan 27th, with a dent in the side of it. Mind you not bad & she could of sent it back, but she had been without a washer for 3 weeks & Home Depot only refunded $30.00 of a $900.00 washer. I'm done with Home Depot. People need to research and find out if home depot sells what they want and accept it. The employees will ask you more questions trying to determine what you want. That is not being rude, that is being helpful. Home Depot outsources the installation (I usually did the work myself). I did have them install a new roof and eliminate some skylights in the process. The only delay was the weather. Once the weather was good it took them ONE day to de-shingle, repair, weatherproof and put on new shingles. A beautiful job.

We decided to go through Gladieux because of the personal service we knew we would receive. We are so thankful that we did! They have been right there helping every step of the way. We might have gotten a few better deals at a big box store, but there is no replacing the customer service we have received from Gladieux.

Extremely disappointing carpet installation experience. The carpet was installed 4 weeks late, and…read morethe bulk of the delay was due to a lack of timely communication and follow-up from the store employees (not supply chain issues as Lowe's continues to claim). I had to call the store and the corporate Installation Support Team repeatedly to get updates, and I was lied to and given inaccurate information on several occasions. When the carpet was finally installed, the installers damaged several things in my home and left the house a mess. Excessive carpet fibers and dirty handprints were left all over the house, which took hours to clean up. Two razor blades were left on the floor - a huge safety hazard. Lowe's has been very difficult and frustrating to work with and doesn't seem at all interested in making things right. I had to call 5 different times before the property damage claim was actually filled. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I couldn't even take it all in. I was here because I need 6 foot garden stakes and I didn't really like the selection they had. They only had two bundles of stakes and they were somewhat warped, and I passed on them. No other 6 foot garden stakes available. Overall, place is cool, and staffs super nice. I noticed they were setting up an outdoor garden center, but I didn't have the time or energy to go and look.
