Mind you not bad & she could of sent it back, but she had been without a washer for 3 weeks & Home Depot only refunded $30.00 of a $900.00 washer. I'm done with Home Depot. This morning I got up and when I turned on the shower I noticed the handle was a little harder to…read moreturn. I tried turning it off and it was stuck. The water was running and I had no way to turn it off. A little cursing happened and I went to the basement to turn off the water to the house. After a little bit of a search on 'ye ol' internet I found that our cartridge in our faucet handle went bad. It looked easy enough to do myself so I looked up some videos and found the instructions and got to work. The only hiccup? I needed a new cartridge to replace the broken one. I called Stadium Hardware and spoke to the very friendly Allison who patched me over to plumbing to make sure they had what I needed in stock. Paul helped me out and made sure he had the right item set aside for me. Back to Allison who ran my payment over the phone and I was in my car to pick up the item in minutes. I pulled up to the back and they loaded it in my trunk. Bing bang boom! I was off. And after a bit more cursing, a bit of sweating, and a few false starts our water was back on AND off. FYI -- The store is open to in store shoppers and masks are required. I'm very hardcore about my social distancing due to some vulnerable people in my family so I was really happy to have the curbside pick up option available. Thanks for your help, Stadium!

We decided to go through Gladieux because of the personal service we knew we would receive. We are so thankful that we did! They have been right there helping every step of the way. They know us by name when we come into the store, and it's obvious that they really care about our project. We might have gotten a few better deals at a big box store, but there is no replacing the customer service we have received from Gladieux.

Excessive carpet fibers and dirty handprints were left all over the house, which took hours to clean up. Two razor blades were left on the floor - a huge safety hazard. Lowe's has been very difficult and frustrating to work with and doesn't seem at all interested in making things right.
