The woman( definitely not a teenager) immediately asked to put me on hold. I said yes. I waited on hold for 51 minutes. No one bothered to pick up my phone call. I waited because I wanted to see if they would pick the call up or just put people on eternal hold. I called back at 5:53 to see if they had the item for tomorrow and then the answering machine was on. Unfortunately I will not bother shopping here ever for my vegetables and go where people answer the phone.

The flowers turned out beautiful and I was told that the delivery man was very lovely to the person I was sending the flowers. This is what help brings their score up.
