At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

As a person Keith was…read morefriendly, according to my father, but it is very hard to get them to come when scheduled and IMPOSSIBLE to get them to follow up on poor work/unfinished work done. I only stuck with company after two failed initially scheduled appointments to even get an assessment because I had difficulties finding anyone willing to look at a hot tub they had not themselves installed and secondly reviews can go either way based on experience; Hope springs eternal I hear. But not only am I out of $800+ but I still do not have a working hot tub and even though Keith has claimed they are willing to do "more" work if I pay them more money kind of hard to do that if they do not pick up the phone or return voicemails. I would definitely steer clear if you have ANY option to go else where.

Tim was great to work with, he helped us plan out the pool design and depths that would work best for our family and our backyard layout. The entire crew was timely and respectful of our property. When we ran into a "snag" during our first day of digging, Tim and his team came up with a solution quickly and worked with us, while we came up with an alternative dig layout location. When the pool was completed, Tim came back to give us a lesson on how to use the equipment in the future, and to this day had been accessible if we had a question regarding the pool. His name is Johnny Araiza.I gave him a…read moredeposit of $2300 back on april 15th 2024 to replace my pool liner.The total cost was going to be around $5000.That was over 4 1/2 months ago. Has never called me once,but after myself emailing him 3 or 4 times he would respond at first.I kept getting the same old excuse now for over 4 months.It just rained,its going to rain,blah blah.He wasted no time getting my money,but have not seen him or his company since.After more than 15 emails from myself to just ask when he was going to install my liner,and telling him I think that he scammed me,he said he would return my liner,and give me a refund twice now.That was 2 weeks ago.It is a custom fit inground pool liner and connot be returned.So That is a lie.He took my deposit,never ordered my liner,and now will not give me a refund that he promised to do.I contacted the bbb,but he will not respond to them either.My only choice now is to file a police report,and then spend more money sueing him in court.I also see now on yelp that he owes his former employees money that he is not going to pay them.I just tried to post a bad review on facebook and it was taken down in 1 minute.Please stay clear of Walleye pools and the owner Johnny Araiza.By the way the address he lists on his website is a storage lot.Not his address.It is a fake address.He has probably skipped town by now.
