I give this company only one star because they FINALLY finished the pool and it held water. We had…read moreinstalled a semi- inground pool 7 years ago and hired them to redo it. They apparently don't work weekends and it took almost 3 months. Didn't show up when they were supposed to, I don't believe they put a full day's work in ever. They dug out the existing hole and placed the pool at a different angle so we had to add to our deck. We ended up back-filling ourselves. Since they took so long to get the job done, much of the river rock we had around the old pool washed in and they didn't remove it prior to installing the new one. I can't walk a foot in any direction without stepping on at least one rock and my pool is 15x30! The owner, Jordan promised twice he'd be out "in a few weeks" to fix the problem. Once in June and again in July. I contacted him again August to fix it for closing. I never received a response. Poor customer service, shoddy workmanship, just a terrible company overall.

The owner/operator of this 'so called' business is a con man & a thief.We asked for a professional…read moreopinion on if our pool could be repaired,or if we needed replacement.Jason Jones came to our home on 5-4-15.He said he could REPAIR the pool.He wrote up a bill of sale, showing the materials needed, then said he needed 1/2 down to order them.We wrote him a check for $800 of the total cost of $1625.91.He said he would have us "up and running by Memorial Day." (which was May 25th).We didn't hear from him again.After Numerous phone calls & e-mails, he Finally answered our call on June 23, & said he would "have a crew at your house the next day (June 24) at 8 a.m,because it will be an all day job."As you might have guessed, 8 o'clock came & went.Jason & one other guy showed up at 1:15 p.m.pumped about one inch of water out of the pool then said, "nope,I can't fix it,it's too far gone."Buttt..I DO have a smaller pool available,that we can install tomorrow!" "It will cost you about $6000." So..let's review.He CAN fix our pool, ducked our calls for almost Two Months, but now he Can't fix it, but has a six Thousand dollar new pool he can install by tomorrow !! We told him to forget it,and we want our $800 deposit back.He agreed to return the money, and now we are back to numerous unanswered phone calls.He Did answer once, on August 7th, & claimed that he "must have the wrong address, because the check was returned to him Twice." Riiiight !! So,on Aug.7th, we gave him the address again.Here we are 10 days later, and still no check.Don't be fooled by this guys pleasant demeanor.He is a liar and a thief and has zero customer service skills or trust value.By the time we're finished with him in court,HE will be paying for our new pool, that will be installed by a reputable contractor.We Now know that he has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

The construction team was quality from pool layout down to closing our temporary fence up every night so our dog wouldn't get out. At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.
