I previously had our water tested by an independent lab and, even though Grant did not know about these lab results, everything he said lined up with the lab results I had. I appreciate the honesty in something that seems like it can sometimes be a shady business. Mike came out for the install. I liked that he came with the right tools for the job and clearly knew what he was doing. He made sure everything was done exactly right and explained the water softener in detail. We have been using them for salt deliveries, which have been on time and reliable. Water Boy feels like a very wholesome and positive family company, which I very much prefer over some faceless corporation with cheesy sales people.

At 11:30 I called to check and was told that I would receive a call by noon with an update. I never received a call and only reached their voice mail for the remainder of the day. At 10:30 the following day I received a call from the office stating that she had an emergency and had to leave at noon the previous day but that the technician was supposed to have called me. She insured me that I would receive a call from her no later than 1:30 that afternoon with a time or she would give me the technicians number so I could stay in contact with him. She never called me back and I am still sitting here with a broken hot tube.

Has never called me once,but after myself emailing him 3 or 4 times he would respond at first.I kept getting the same old excuse now for over 4 months.It just rained,its going to rain,blah blah.He wasted no time getting my money,but have not seen him or his company since.After more than 15 emails from myself to just ask when he was going to install my liner,and telling him I think that he scammed me,he said he would return my liner,and give me a refund twice now.That was 2 weeks ago.It is a custom fit inground pool liner and connot be returned.So That is a lie.He took my deposit,never ordered my liner,and now will not give me a refund that he promised to do.I contacted the bbb,but he will not respond to them either.My only choice now is to file a police report,and then spend more money sueing him in court.I also see now on yelp that he owes his former employees money that he is not going to pay them.I just tried to post a bad review on facebook and it was taken down in 1 minute.Please stay clear of Walleye pools and the owner Johnny Araiza.By the way the address he lists on his website is a storage lot.Not his address.It is a fake address.He has probably skipped town by now.

Never hire anyone that isn't licensed, insured and 100% factory trained not trained by installing their own pool!!!! messed up our pool it leaked no urgency to fix went out and did more quotes before coming back after we paid him almost $7000 cash wanted to use caulk of buytl tape to fix the leak that was at the steps we got tired of waiting and bought new kit and fixed the correct way! he got mad bailed and didn't pay for us to redrain, new parts and not his 1/2 ass hack way and refill. he wasn't happy we fixed the correct way after waiting a week and him not being available so he sent a letter text admitting everything and since we fixed he wouldn't WARRANTY ANY OF HIS WORK. He advertised he saves money but he cost us double! He has no equipment or tools it will cost you $$$$$ for him to learn. Hires help that are friends or off facebook I later learned. Tadek screwed us and walked away!!! BUYER BEWARE! We are in now for almost $10,000 and will most likely starting over next year we don't trust any of his work!!!
