They called manager named David over , he looked at those shoes carefully and he came into back room and talked to loss prevention, he came out and said he he will not let me exchange or return because he could not prove it came from Dick's store, even though there are stickers from Dick's on the shoes boxes ( ?) When I left the store , unbelievable thing happened, I was stopped by a police officer , he said he got call from stores (?) that I tried to return without receipts , so he wanted to know what was going on and he wanted to see receipts on some shopping bags in my car ( ?) . Of course I have all the receipts on those shopping bags. The thing is that Dick's Sporting Goods in Ontario OH will call police if you bring something in without receipts and try to return or exchange. I think it's racial discrimination because I'm Asian. I've never been to this Dick's store before and I never returned anything at any Dick's store without receipts before, so it's not about return abuse or anything. Just be aware of this store , and when I contacted corporate office all they said was the store had the right to refuse return for no reason ( ? ). Be aware if you buy something at Dick's sporting Goods and want to return and you don't keep receipts. One thing to say the store never offered to find receipts for me, which I think it can be done, but they never offered to do so

Stopped in here to find some stuff for the upcoming camping season…read more Exterior: it is a good sized building set pretty far back from the main road. There is a sign by the main road, but you have to be on the lookout for it as you might go right past it (traffic can be heavy and moves quickly along this stretch of road). There isn't a huge amount of parking here, but I've never seen a tremendous number of cars in the parking lot so parking isn't a problem. The grounds are clean and presentable. Interior: this place is packed with inventory! There are no signs for the different sections, but wandering through is fun if you come here. The "aisles" are large enough to move through comfortably, though too many people in a given section might get crowded. Staff: the associates are great! I have always been greeted upon arrival and they are quick to assist customers when trying to find a specific product. They are very polite, professional, and courteous. Product: as I mentioned earlier, this store has lots of inventory! Boots, clothing, packs, tactical gear, knives, patches, camping accessories, and the list goes on. There are so many items here you may discover things you didn't expect! I have found many of the items are priced far lower than mainline stores with the same products. I prefer to come here first to see if they have the item(s) I seek so I can save some money. All the product I purchase has been of very good quality to exceptional quality and has lasted far longer than items I've found in mainline stores (after all, must of it is military surplus). Since shop has my info already, It started the purchasing process right away with out having to fill anything out. By the time I noticed, I couldn't stop the process. Within seven minutes of the process, I sent an email to the company and then found on their website that they had a 24/7 text so I did that right away explaining what happened and if I could please have a refund. Shortly after I received a text back stating to text back Monday morning and remind him. So that's what I did. I texted him back Monday morning, reminding him for the refund. A couple hours later, I received a text back stating he would get it done later in the afternoon once he gets to computer. A few hours after that, I received an email stating I was refunded 838.60, but I was charged 1,163.13. So I contacted him back through text and email just to confirm, I was going to get the 1,163.13 that I was charged because the email showed 838.60. He then send me his cancelation policy that they keep 30%. Maybe it's only my opinion but for a simple mistake that I replied to within minutes to cancel and to keep 30%. I think that is a little ridiculous that I lose $349 for that.
