Woke up one day to find out my daughter accidentally broke my liquid screen on my 9 year old…read moremacbook pro. I know, I know, it was old, but it still worked, despite having some issues. It got the job done, and I frankly wasn't looking to upgrade to an expensive brand new macbook. I was hoping I would get another 2 years out of it, wishful thinking. Anyways, I called right away and Brandy answered pretty quickly, and after I explained my situation, she quickly told me what the problem was, how the screen broke, since we did not drop it and diagnosed it fairly quickly. She gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to clone my old computer and transfer to a new one. Took the new computer to M3 Solutions, and If I would of taken it earlier, it would probably been ready same day, but took it after 3 pm, on a Friday, Memorial day weekend, so they did not have it ready until Tuesday right before closing, which is what they promised me. Mind you, the file itself was pretty large. So I was very impressed with how quickly and effectively they cloned the files to the new computer. They also gave me a very reasonable bid to replace my liquid screen on the old computer and to restore it back to factory settings, remove any viruses and hopefully now, get 2-4 years out of it as a back up/family computer. Last but not least, I wanted to share how friendly and kind they are. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their gadgets serviced or repaired. Will use them for our gadget needs from now on. Honest, efficient and reliable.

I will never use this shop again. Took a dress in to be hemmed on Wed. morning Oct. 11 for an event…read moreon Sat. Oct. 21. The seamstress asked for the date of our event and said to pick it up by 5 p.m. on Friday Oct 20. The store is closed on the weekend. I went to pick it up at 3 because 5 felt like was cutting it too close to closing time. She looked for the dress and said it wasn't hemmed yet! When I said the dress had been there over a week, she gave excuses--no other workers, she was busy and working hard, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, and that I shouldn't have come before 5 p.m. and shouldn't be so ugly about it.I was being civil to her but said she should have told me if there was a problem when I brought the dress in. I said I could wait. She told me I could take the dress as is or come back at 5, and again said I shouldn't be so ugly. So I said I'd be back at 5. At 3:27 she left me a message that I could pick up the dress, after I had driven home across town. When my daughter , granddaughter and I went to pick it up, the seamstress told my granddaughter she worked the dress in because of the event date. My daughter thanked her for doing so and said she looked busy. She responded that some people don't understand that. I took that as a reference to me. So don't try to pick up your item a minute early, no matter how long it's been at this shop, because she will wait until the last minute to do your alteration.
