The initial…read morecontact, communications, test drive, and ease of transaction were all outstanding on the purchase of our used Mastercraft. However, after the sale, customer service has been very disappointing and frankly, extremely frustrating. As an out-of-state buyer, I am required by law to have a registered license plate on the boat trailer. To do so, I must present a trailer MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) to the license bureau. At time of purchase back in mid-April, I was told by ASM that they would get a hold of it. Well, it is mid-June and I still never received it! I made 14 phone calls to ASM over this period, only to be told every excuse in the book; examples: "they need a form from Mastercraft, just haven't had time to fill out form, just sent the form in, Mastercraft is not answering us, they are out on a test drive, can't get in touch with my MC rep, check back tomorrow, I promise to call you back, etc." Lots of excuses, ASM read "that" book, yet, NO RESULTS! Unfortunately, I was pulled over last week towing the boat without a trailer plate. Considering I was past the 30 day window, I ended up with a ticket. Long story short, without the MSO I had to purchase a commercial vehicle trailer license which cost considerately more initially and each and every single year. Just a word to potential out-of-state buyers that need to register a boat trailer, make sure you have the trailer MSO before you finalize the deal. Realizing Tennessee does not register trailers, it appears this area is not an ASM priority nor does it appear that an out-of-state buyer holds much weight after the sales transaction due to distance from their dealership.

I called the manufacturer myself and was told there were no parts on order for Aqua Sport Marine. Just so happen after I brought this to the attention of the owner, parts were delivered the next day. They had the boat from End of May til September. Not happy at all with service and communication. Rob was very rude. Will not be back. To add they always blamed it on Covid but when you call the manufacturer Personally, they have what we needed and was shipped out that next day. Why didn't Aqua Sport do that? (Oh but they said they did)

The seamstress asked for the date of our event and said to pick it up by 5 p.m. on Friday Oct 20. The store is closed on the weekend. I went to pick it up at 3 because 5 felt like was cutting it too close to closing time. She looked for the dress and said it wasn't hemmed yet! When I said the dress had been there over a week, she gave excuses--no other workers, she was busy and working hard, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, and that I shouldn't have come before 5 p.m. and shouldn't be so ugly about it.I was being civil to her but said she should have told me if there was a problem when I brought the dress in. I said I could wait. She told me I could take the dress as is or come back at 5, and again said I shouldn't be so ugly. So I said I'd be back at 5. At 3:27 she left me a message that I could pick up the dress, after I had driven home across town. When my daughter , granddaughter and I went to pick it up, the seamstress told my granddaughter she worked the dress in because of the event date. My daughter thanked her for doing so and said she looked busy. She responded that some people don't understand that. I took that as a reference to me. So don't try to pick up your item a minute early, no matter how long it's been at this shop, because she will wait until the last minute to do your alteration.
