Bought a 50k boat in 2020,and took it to be serviced and it set outside for almost 2 weeks and they weedeatted my tires and crap was all over it from mowing. Need it serviced again today and they said i cannot make an appointment that I need to bring it and it will sit outside for 2 weeks until they can get to it bc they have been stood up by people and had an empty shop a couple hours. That is complete bunk that I have to let it sit outside for weeks. My boat has never set outside and I would bring it couple days before they can get to it but not a couple weeks.

What started out as a great customer experience with ASM has slowly soured since April. The initial…read morecontact, communications, test drive, and ease of transaction were all outstanding on the purchase of our used Mastercraft. However, after the sale, customer service has been very disappointing and frankly, extremely frustrating. As an out-of-state buyer, I am required by law to have a registered license plate on the boat trailer. To do so, I must present a trailer MSO (Manufacturer Statement of Origin) to the license bureau. At time of purchase back in mid-April, I was told by ASM that they would get a hold of it. Well, it is mid-June and I still never received it! I made 14 phone calls to ASM over this period, only to be told every excuse in the book; examples: "they need a form from Mastercraft, just haven't had time to fill out form, just sent the form in, Mastercraft is not answering us, they are out on a test drive, can't get in touch with my MC rep, check back tomorrow, I promise to call you back, etc." Lots of excuses, ASM read "that" book, yet, NO RESULTS! Unfortunately, I was pulled over last week towing the boat without a trailer plate. Considering I was past the 30 day window, I ended up with a ticket. Long story short, without the MSO I had to purchase a commercial vehicle trailer license which cost considerately more initially and each and every single year. Just a word to potential out-of-state buyers that need to register a boat trailer, make sure you have the trailer MSO before you finalize the deal. Realizing Tennessee does not register trailers, it appears this area is not an ASM priority nor does it appear that an out-of-state buyer holds much weight after the sales transaction due to distance from their dealership.

My bike is a 2007' KAW and was damaged during transport in my move to TN. (I will never hire a transporter again). The KAW never leaked oil in the 15 years I owned it until the bike was transported. After SE Motorsports diagnosed the problem, it turned out to be a cracked oil pan. For that year and model, KAW does not supply the part any longer, so the parts/service team went to work and found a good condition part that matches my bike. The employees did a great job with their communication and sent me updated estimates as needed. I ride about 12,000 miles a year so having a top-notch mechanic business like SE Motorsports is a big deal to me. A big thank you to the Southeast Motorsports team.
