TNT Watersports - Pull out and lake/dock service with Paul :)

TNT Watersports

We have been boating our entire lives, and our boating needs began to change as our children grew…read more We went to the dance with every wake boat dealer in the area, and even drove to the Knoxville area to see other dealers and manufacturers. Purchasing a wake boat is a large financial commitment, but every turn led us back to TNT. From the lack of pushiness, to the availability of inventory, and the professionalism of everyone on their staff, TNT became our choice for our wake boat purchase. We looked for about 4-5 months before having the perfect option for our family show up. We water tested several boats from just about all of the local dealers, but knew that the staff of TNT were end users of the products they sold. They qualified all of our needs, desires, and wants, thus leading to the perfect product for our family. Andrew and Adam even came to our rescue on Easter Sunday on the lake when we encountered a small issue we couldn't address. They showed up on a boat in the middle of the lake within 20 minutes of calling with a bag of tools to get us sorted. Within 15 minutes we were off and running again to enjoy our holiday with our family. After a full season on the water, TNT has set the bar at an all time high. From Dockside service, to taking time to answer every question we had, the staff at TNT have us as a customer for life.

I have dealt with the service department and the parts department and their technicians. The entire team is the best (Steve, Joy, Jeff and Paul). They did everything I asked/needed. They did everything they said they would do. Family owned, great culture and values. Thank you.

I received periodic phone calls when something came up about the boat that was not expected. Like corrosion in some fuel components. I see the negative reviews where much older. I think you may pay a little more here but it is very professionally run. Both time the mechanic was willing to explain what he did and what I should do to prevent things going wrong with the boat in the future. It is a bit out of the way, however, people come from all around just to go to this Marine. I had the ability to walk around in back which is rare and they do very comprehensive work to include restoration. Most of the cost is labor just like when taking a car to a dealer. Yes, most will agree dealerships are more expensive than some auto shops but sometimes you are not sure about a certified mechanic or one that just self-taught. Give the place a chance you will not be disappointed.

**Disappointed and Out Nearly $1,000 - Still No Fix**…read more While the front desk staff at C&O Marine are consistently friendly and professional, the rest of my experience has been incredibly frustrating. The operations manager made promises he didn't keep, and the service manager was downright rude. When things went south, I tried to escalate the issue, but the owner wouldn't even speak with me. After spending nearly $1,000, my trolling motor is still not fixed. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns to the owner, I received a call from the operations manager telling me I was the problem. That was the final straw. Customer service should be about accountability and solutions, not deflection and disrespect. I won't be returning, and I'd caution others to think twice before trusting C&O Marine with their equipment or money.
