They are transparent, have very fair pricing and made what was an unfortunate situation such a pleasant process. Jake kept us updated with photos, on timing and what to expect. They were amazing and we will certainly recommend Boat Doctors to anyone needing service. Thank you all again!

Every place that I called would not schedule me until the end of the boating season. I could not wait another 5 to 6 months. I called Boat Doctors. The owner, Dale, scheduled me to come in the next day. He took on the job and also offered additional services such as wet sanding and polishing the boat. I told him that I needed the boat in 2 weeks. Although his shop was full, he agreed to complete the entire job within that time frame. He also offered to do it for a reasonable cost. Two weeks later and the job was done. The fiberglass repair was so good that I could not find any signs of previous damage. He also fixed some other things without charge such as missing snaps on my boat cover. The wet sanding made the boat finish look in showroom condition even though the boat is 12 years old. The craftsmanship was beyond description. I enthusiastically recommend these guys. You will not be disappointed.

Because no matter the situation, I consistently wonder if I'm being taken advantage of and things cost more than they should. Couple weeks back, power steering goes out. A boat that drives like a tractor isn't very fun. Ugh. What's closest to Elm Hill? Boat Locker.... Eric communicated every detail from my first call. The wait time based on other customers ahead of me, the expected issue and possible cost, the bad news of trim system damage, alternatives, ordering parts, testing, repairs, payment and pickup. The experience truly felt like I was working with guys in my family giving me the right advice. Thank you for all your help and for fixing my boat!!!

I took the boat home but wouldn't start. They told me to bring it back. I lived a half an hour away and couldn't get it back later. Had a mechanic look at it who told me I need a battery part. Bought the battery part. Brought it back. It was the wrong battery part complained about the absorbinant bill was told by Brett that there was nothing that could be done. I really felt that there should have been some form of return compensation for the amount of bill that I paid. I was not expecting the whole bill to be credited but just the fact that the boat never ran was upsetting. We've now sold the boat and have had no financial return or physical pleasure from driving that boat. It was a waste of time and money. If you use this company, be sure you check out their rates and fees before giving them the boat and have them give you an approximate time that the boat will be ready and if it's not ready then pull it because they're going to charge you more and more money. I will not go back to that company again..
