Every time I do a pick up order it takes 30+ mins. It's not the employees fault. It's management. They need more employees running these orders out. Not just 1 or 2 people. I feel bad for the workers! If you're one of those customers that do pick up orders, be mindful and do not take it out on the employees that are running your pick up orders out to your car.
