This a great Company & has been there for us all the way & they still continue to do so, this very day with our process. Phone calls are returned in a expedite manner, questions & resolutions for your questions & problems you're having on the, Insurance side. The work they do on a "contents list" for ones, personal belongings & such, took a lot of stress off our backs & in fact, help you recover the money back with your, Ins. Co. If you don't have the know how, or expertise in doing such, it's highly suggested from us, to reach out to this awesome group. Integrity is hard to find anymore & this group, has integrity all across the board & will not misguide you, at all! Jeanie R. you're obviously an adult, who was able to read the agreement & therefore is why you chose to go with them. To put them on blast & ridicule them, shows the unprofessionalism on your end.... I contacted the Howarth Group on February 26, 2020 to request PA assistance with my insurer, Allstate, offering a partial roof replacement. I spoke with Dennis Row who informed me that the company didn't provide PA coverage in GA for roofs and losses under $50K. But, he then proceeded to offer suggestions that my husband and I could use as leverage against Allstate in our attempt to obtain a full roof replacement. Dennis wasn't obligated to help me and nor did I ask, he volunteered information which speaks to their advocacy for the insured...My only disappointment after speaking with Dennis is that he/The Howarth Group couldn't help us. If you're reading this post and want HONEST CONSUMER ADVOCACY, call Dennis Row of the Howarth Group! read more

Beware!!!! You will end up doing better off on your own dealing with the insurance company then paying their rediculous fees. It was like I was victimized twice once losing everything to a fire then by the howarth group!! read more

Our home burned down and we lost everything including our dog. We were traumatized and our insurance company wasn't there for us. We had to fight for everything we recieved from them. When it came time for the contents portion of the claim I was completely overwhelmed. So I looked into hiring a public adjuster. The Howarth Group had great reviews and I set up a meet. We met with Hank and he said all the right things and had me signing a contract in no time. I was promised this and that but when the time came for the girl to come help with inventory instead of staying for days she was here 1 day. Then I was told we'd be on the phone constantly with her asking me questions not once did she call with a question. Before long it became clear that what was on our inventory was only the items I gave her. She was to go through all my pics and get all items and I was to write down everything you couldn't see. I did that. 37 pages worth. But then I noticed she'd left off alot of items. No matter how much I tried to tell her they never got listed. By the time the inventory was finished I was in such a state and under so much stress that they had said they would take off me but instead they added more. I was so outdone by the time I recieved the final Inventory that I overlooked alot of items that she had clearly overpriced. Not until my insurance Co sent me a letter with 15 items that were clearly overpriced. Again they wanted me to do the work and send them links to correct items and prices, after doing so I realized if I'd sent in the revised prices my insurance could charge me with fraud. When I confronted Hank all of a sudden he didn't want to talk to me anymore and said the president of the company Chuck Howarth would handle it from then on. It was clear from the start of my emails with Chuck that he didn't care what I'd been promised or that the inventory girl had made mistakes. At that point it was my fault cause I ok'd it and mailed it in. I'd asked him several times how I was suppose to explain the price differences without being accused of fraud and all I got from him from Zhen on were more lies. Then he wanted payment which was alot more than I'd expected and when I got his invoice I saw the number they based it off of was wrong. I told him so and he ask for a copy of how they came up with the right amount. I sent him the only thing I had which also showed where we'd gotten paid an advance $5000 right after the fire to get us back on our feet. They then took that back out of the 1st contents check therefore Chuck said they were in titled to that also. I argued no that was not contents and not money they'd earned he argued it was there's and added to our bill. I called our ins dept and was told no we didn't owe them that but Chuck got nasty and threatened to turn me over to his lawyer and collections. So against my better judgment I paid him the full amount just to be rid of them and finish my contents by myself like I should've done to begin with. I ended up doing 75% of the work and can't turn in the list of 15 items for fear of fraud. Yes, I should've looked at each item but they had me so flustered I wasn't thinking clearly and after going through such a traumatizing event I feel they took advantage of us and that's the lowest of low thing to do to people already in a vulnerable state. I do not recommend ever hiring The Howarth Group or any other public adjuster cause you only end up doing most of the work and having to pay them for a 1/2 done job. I was and still am very hurt by them for telling me all the things I wanted to hear and falling for it. As soon as they got my money I haven't heard a word from them and now am redoing their work and finishing my inventory all by myself. read more
