Our original shower was still in good condition but we wanted a change. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. However, while visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product, the installation process, the cost, warranty, etc. A few days later a company representative, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble would make . From beginning to end everyone we interacted with did a phenomenal job! They provided us with exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. Those qualities are not something you find with all businesses these days. We appreciate you Marble Master's! You make the World a better place.

I just want to give a shout out to Mrs. Jones who taught the adult beginners lessons. She was super patient and made the lessons fun! Got me to a point of jumping into the deep pool and being able to tread water! I'm amazed at the progress I've made. Thanks to the facility to setting a time that works for parents to be able to do an activity like this and to not feel judged. I can't wait to take the intermediate adults class. I love that the pools are indoor to make year round practicing an option. Lifeguards are always present when you're in the pool. Everyone is super helpful! They offer classes for all levels and ages. Aerobics too. The only con I can say is it's hard to reach anyone by phone - no matter what prompt I try. Facebook and email is somewhat hard to get a response from too but better than by phone. They do post regularly on Facebook. There's a screen inside with the most updated information and closings too.

Well after my quarts install I am very disappointed. I really expected higher quality. When they…read morecame over to do the template I specifically asked where the seam was going to be. I was told the seam would be in the corner and shouldn't be noticeable. The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON't CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ..... If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it's the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect...I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don't use this company.

Even though my cabinets were not finished for quite some time, they held my granite until they were ready. They are very professional. They came when they said they would and finished the work promptly. They do quality work. i highly recommend them for stone and tile work.

I'm so glad I signed my girls up for swimming lessons with this company. They have several…read morelocations to choose from and times of day. Locations in Byron, Kathleen, Perry, Fort Valley and Bonaire. My girls did level 1 with Ms. Jenna and even with the classes being 30 mins long (which initially I thought wasn't long enough) it's just the right amount of time and the progress they make is amazing. Description of the classes is on the website. Classes are Monday thru Thursday and Friday is used as a make up day in case of bad weather and cancelation. Ms. Jenna and the instructors were amazing. So patient with the kids and super encouraging. They knew the kids by name. My girls were skipped to level 3. They were too excited and would be so proud of the progress they made each day. We took level 3 with Alyssa and her team were the same as Ms. Jenna's. The instructors keep the kids safe. There was like 4 instructors and one sits up top to monitor the kids. I never feared for my kids safety because they maintained structure throughout the lessons. At the end of each class the kids would do fun activities. For level 1 they would dive for rings. In level 3 they would do crazy jumps into the pool. I would highly recommend this for kids. If they ever create an adult only class I'd sign up. My kids are bummed that they have to wait until next summer for level 4 - they're looking forward to learning strokes. The classes are held in the pool of individual's homes. You get the address right before classes will begin. So seating may vary. I would recommend taking a lawn chair just in case. For swimwear - no goggles or nose plugs. My girls just wore their swimsuit and swim cap to help keep their hair dry.

This place is a joke. On May 10th, TEN WEEKS AGO, I reviewed this gym. My only two complaints at…read morethe time were lousy housekeeping and equipment that stays out of working order for extended periods. Well, since then, NOTHING has changed. As my husband is in the military and we relocate a lot, we've been members of over a dozen gyms. We've NEVER seen a gym that cares so little about its members. Even the smallest mom-and-pop gyms repair their equipment in a timely manner. The leg press and cable station pictured have been out of order for three months now. Since then, three other cable stations have gone out of order. WTF, Crunch? I guess you just don't give a flying fornication about your members. The only reason we still go to this gym is that it's convenient. BTW, EVERYONE complains about the busted equipment and the deplorable condition of the restrooms.

When installed approximately one month after pick-up we noticed several issues that were immediately handled by the staff. Now we're enjoying the new kitchen. Called this business because we needed repairs on our pool pump and valve and didn't have time to…read moredo it ourselves. We described what was going on and what needed to be done, and the guy said he did repairs and would come look at it. The next day he came out, looked at the pool, did nothing, and left without a word to my husband. When I texted him he said he didn't have the parts in his warehouse, that he normally just replaced the whole motor, etc. I found a pool store that did carry the parts. He told me if I went and got the parts he would repair the pool. Huh?!?!?!? I was at work. Apparently the job was too small and not worth his time. He clearly didn't want to do the job so we found someone else to do the repair. We will never call him again, and have told all our friends to never use him.
