The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON't CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ..... If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it's the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect...I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don't use this company.

However, we DID also want a very pleasing, attractive, clean look with our fencing. We had only recently relocated to this area and we had lovely, landscaped property with a beautiful 2.5 acre pond on our front yard. And... of course, being new to the area, we also wanted the approval of the other numerous, VERY NICE, friendly neighbors we had already met. We definitely knew we wanted "visual aesthetic attractiveness" with quality. Undeniably... Warner Robins Fence Company was the RIGHT CHOICE for our fencing needs. From our verrrrrry first meet-n-greet with Matt, to receive an estimate, Matt's knowledge base and confidence in the quality his work and the integrity of his character impressed us. Add to that, Matt's professional, polite manner... it clinched our decision "to look no further". (Oh yes, FYI... We had also recently had another "supposedly reputable" fence company, from the same area as Matt, to install black, vinyl coated, chain-link fence in our rear yard. I switched from another company because they were hit or miss when it came to…read more servicing our yard, price, billing, etc. Justin came out and not only gave me a great quote but also serviced my sprinkler system adjusting all sprinklers, repairing one broken sprinkler, and installing a rain sensor on sprinkler system that temporarily shuts off system based on how much rain falls saving water,electricity, and wear and tear on the system. Justin does all yard services to include cut, blow, edge, bushes, trees, weeds in flower beds control, and even insures entire driveway and porches are spotless. Justin is a very reliable, friendly, efficient, and reasonable businessman. He doesn't just show up and cut and blow but spends the time to insure your property looks great. I'd reccomend A CUT ABOVE to everyone. He can bill you a flat rrate all year for everything to include weekly service during the three busiest growing months which helps budget much easier than piece meal charges that vary month to month.

However there was workmanship defect that I pointed out to Mr. Davis and he had promised to come back to fix those defects. That was was in November 2019 and I've reached out and still cannot get the defect to be taken care of. On one day Mr Davis stated he would be by and I waited all day. He was a no show and did not answer my calls. That is not how a business should be ran. In good faith he was paid in full with the promise of coming back to fix the defect. But has yet to return or make any attempts to reach out.
