We described what was going on and what needed to be done, and the guy said he did repairs and would come look at it. The next day he came out, looked at the pool, did nothing, and left without a word to my husband. When I texted him he said he didn't have the parts in his warehouse, that he normally just replaced the whole motor, etc. I found a pool store that did carry the parts. He told me if I went and got the parts he would repair the pool. Huh?!?!?!? I was at work. Apparently the job was too small and not worth his time. He clearly didn't want to do the job so we found someone else to do the repair. We will never call him again, and have told all our friends to never use him.

Our original shower was still in good condition but we wanted a change. We have always liked the timeless beauty of marble but we weren't positive yet if that was the change we wanted. However, while visiting the Marble Master's showroom, Neil, the owner, went out of his way to take the time to provide us with detailed information about his product, the installation process, the cost, warranty, etc. A few days later a company representative, Tom, came out to our home to take measurements and to provided us with additional information, as well as, give us a final quote. Tom then told us the installers would be able to enlarge our shower as part of the cost already quoted to us at the showroom. That was a wonderful surprise! We especially want to express our deepest appreciation to Larry, Danny and Eddie who were our installers. They were awesome! They are super good guys who are highly knowledgeable, professional, hard working, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The first of many things they did that made us happy was when they covered our white carpet with clean drop cloths in order to protect it from any dust that could be tracked in or out of the work area. They were very organized and clean throughout the entire removal, prep and installation process. During the demolition and installation process Larry, Danny and a Eddie constantly made sure there was only a very minimal amount of dust and that it was contained to the bathroom area. They also constantly worked hard during the entire process so it only took a day and a half. The difference between our former "nice" shower and our new marble shower is amazing! We knew the new shower was going to look good but we never expected the tremendous difference the beauty of the marble would make . From beginning to end everyone we interacted with did a phenomenal job! They provided us with exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much to everyone at Marble Master's for being such highly knowledgeable, honorable, hard working and caring men. Those qualities are not something you find with all businesses these days. We appreciate you Marble Master's! You make the World a better place.

Completely sucks!!! Stay away from Keith at Perry Pool Service. Spend your money at a REAL pool…read moreservice business. Avoid this fly by night so called business. He will take your money without completing the job. He is highly unprofessional and arrogant. Imagine paying a "business" thousands of dollars for a service and being told that you shouldn't ask any questions until AFTER the job is done! And, literally being screamed at for verifying information about my own pool and while at the same time criticizing me for wanting everything perfect - umm yeah - perfection is a requirement when you are shelling out thousands of dollars. He does a half asz job and is very unreliable. He can't even install a pool light correctly. He had assured me that he would replace a perfectly fine working bulb with a new upgraded model. He installed the bulb but the light wouldn't come on. He got ticked off after I discovered the light wouldn't come on and started complaining saying he only came to open the pool and get his check. And that he didn't come there for that. He then called me all but a liar saying the light never worked in the first place, then blamed the GFI. After I turned on a yard light running off the same GFI, he said it was the fuse and after inspecting the fuse and it worked, he then said it was the wiring but couldn't do anything about it because the wire was too short? To reslove this issue I told him to put my old bulb back in the pool and we'd both see that it actually does work and always has; and see that the real problem is his shoddy workmanship. He never installed my old bulb nor came back to fix the replacemet. I expected a full walk through after he finished the job that he was paid for, but instead he chose to snatch the check out of my hand and walk away while yelling at me and saying he was offended that I would question his work. I felt like I was dealing with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, short fused, egotistical, rude, hostile, combative, and aggressive. Never will I ever use Perry Pool Service again.

Well after my quarts install I am very disappointed. I really expected higher quality. When they…read morecame over to do the template I specifically asked where the seam was going to be. I was told the seam would be in the corner and shouldn't be noticeable. The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON't CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ..... If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it's the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect...I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don't use this company.
