Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. When I texted him he said he didn't have the parts in his warehouse, that he normally just replaced the whole motor, etc. I found a pool store that did carry the parts. He told me if I went and got the parts he would repair the pool. Huh?!?!?!? I was at work. Apparently the job was too small and not worth his time. He clearly didn't want to do the job so we found someone else to do the repair. We will never call him again, and have told all our friends to never use him.
