Over a month ago I contacted the store to set an appointment for a service rep to come to my house and troubleshoot/repair the salt water generation system that I paid them big bucks for in 2016. The system quit working this spring (2019). After leaving phone messages that were never returned, I drove to the store and personally met with the service manager to have a ticket made out and to be "put on their schedule". I was told that it would be one to two weeks before a service tech would be available since they were backlogged, and that I would be contacted a day before the tech would arrive. After waiting two weeks without a call, I called again and was again told that it would be another one to two weeks.... I called a week later and (you got it) was told again that it would be another one to two weeks.... So here it is, one month later and I call again this week and yup,..... same song and dance..... Not sure how many more times I'll have to wait another "One to two weeks", but I'm beginning to believe I'd have better odds betting on the second coming of Christ taking place before the first coming of a AAA Service Representative.....

Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. I have saved money on pool chemicals since I changed my pool company store to Larry the Pool Guy. If you're looking for a great swimming pool service and store then call them. This is the second time that we have used RB pressure washing. This time they did a soft pressure…read morewash on our roof and our house and the difference is every bit as amazing as it was with our driveway. Roman and his dad do an amazing job. On time, fast, efficient, courteous... and most importantly, their fees for the work are about the most economical you can find. If you're worried about runoff on your plants you can forget about that worry... before any part of our roof or house was cleaned they spent several minutes drenching the foliage and yard around the perimeter. None of our plants or yard were harmed. Roman gives a three-year warranty on his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

I would say communication on their part was very poor. It first started when I contacted them and I…read morewas told I have to buy the liner on Amazon. Not knowing which type of liner to get, either or over the top or J hook, I took a picture and sent it to the lady. She told me it was over the top liner. When the workers came, they told me I had the wrong liner. Scheduling the day of work was a bit difficult. First I was told it was too hot for the guys to work. My thinking was "Of course it's going to be hot, it's summer". Then I got a text message to confirm a date of a Saturday in June. I called the lady after I got the text to go over a few things and she no idea who I was. She asked me where I lived and I told her. She said they're not gonna be anywhere near that area on Saturday. I was like you just told me via text you were coming. Then in an email, she said I needed to get "10-50 lbs of play sand". I bought 50 pounds just to be safe. Finally when the workers did arrive and we got past the issue with the liner ( that's after I had to run to a pool store and buy 45 plastic retaining clips) they asked me if I had any duct tape. I had a little bit left so I gave it to them. I showed them the sand that I bought then ran out to do a few errands. Shortly after I left the lady called and said I needed to buy more sand. According to her, I was instructed to buy 10, 50 pound bags of sand. I tried to explain to her that when you between put a hyphen between two numbers it indicates a range. she couldn't understand that part. So I ran back to the store again to buy more sand. When I return home, the workers if I had more duct tape. I said to the I was literally just at Home Depot. Why didn't you tell me before I left. So I had to run out to the store a third time. Oh, I forgot to mention that the day before the work was actually done I was on the schedule for the afternoon. Needless to say nobody ever showed up. I had to call the office mid afternoon to find out what's going on. Like everybody else I just love wasting my day waiting for people to show up and dont.
