This review is for the Service Department and not for the entire store...... If I could give them "0" stars, I would! Where to begin??...... Over a month ago I contacted the store to set an appointment for a service rep to come to my house and troubleshoot/repair the salt water generation system that I paid them big bucks for in 2016. The system quit working this spring (2019). After leaving phone messages that were never returned, I drove to the store and personally met with the service manager to have a ticket made out and to be "put on their schedule". I was told that it would be one to two weeks before a service tech would be available since they were backlogged, and that I would be contacted a day before the tech would arrive. After waiting two weeks without a call, I called again and was again told that it would be another one to two weeks.... I called a week later and (you got it) was told again that it would be another one to two weeks.... So here it is, one month later and I call again this week and yup,..... same song and dance..... Not sure how many more times I'll have to wait another "One to two weeks", but I'm beginning to believe I'd have better odds betting on the second coming of Christ taking place before the first coming of a AAA Service Representative..... read more

I called this company about repairing my pool system. I even bought the pool from them. The girl on the phone said they were behind in work and it would be two weeks before they came out. I set the appointment with them and no one showed on the day we agreed upon. I called the pool company and the woman on the phone said they did not schedule me for the day I had placed in my appointment book. She said someone would call me back. The manager Pat called me back and told me they could not service my pool because I was documented as a difficult customer. I'm not a difficult customer but expect to things to be completed correctly since this service is not cheap. I encourage anyone not to use this company. If you complain or make them complete their job, keep appointments, and repairs correctly you are a difficult customer. So please beware! read more

They recommend D&D decking for pool install. Absolutely horrible. Pool is off level and they did not tighten hoses so water leaked out and burned up my pump. Was not expecting AAA to fix but you think they would care to know that people they recommend are not good and they should not recommend them. Complete disrespect. read more

I don't even know where I will begin. Pros The store is conveniently located in Warner Robins. It is very clean and has a large selection of pool and spa items. The employees are very helpful and friendly. They do a great job on maintaining your pool and spa. Cons: once you purchase your in ground pool things go down very quickly. They promise many things that they can not deliver. I purchased a 20 x 40 pool and it took over six months to complete this pool. The workers came out once a week and worked maybe two hours and that is a pretty big maybe. Once the pool was completed within a month the liner started to wrinkle. They replace the liner which took three weeks to complete. But that second Liner also wrinkles much worse than the first. Also the cool decking that they've installed around the pool started lifting within a month. Every time we complained they would send a guy out once a month to scrape the cool deck and we would hear nothing back until we complaint and that cycle continue with an employee coming once a month. Two years later we ended up hiring another company to come in and fix their work. read more

DO NOT get their LED in pool lighting system. It has hardly lasted 2 years and they gave a $2,000 estimate to fix it. Our previous light lasted the life of the liner and we only went to LED due to the liner replacement ( shody work on the liner install as well). I'm not sure if it's the workmanship or the product that has degraded, but this isn't the same standard of quality that AAA provided us almost 20 years ago. read more

We have a green, slimy, sludgy mess in our backyard during this record-breaking heatwave. It used to be a pool. The guy they sent to check out the pool said everything was fine, but we needed a new control box. Duh--we knew that. He said the valve was working (it wasn't/isn't). We can't add chemicals because the water disappears down the drain instead of filtering. AAA? It should be more like FFF! read more

Friendly staff, but do not count on them for reliability. Made two appointments for them to come out and do some repairs and they never showed up. To me that is unprofessional, and bad customer service. I guess they just don't care unless you are building a pool, and not maintaining one. If you're looking for service, look elsewhere. read more

I called to have them open my pool for the season. I was told it was $225. for them to take the cover off, put it away, take out plugs, lower the stakes, put on the railing and steps and that chemicals were included. The only chemicals included is an algicide and a couple bags of shock. That's it, they don't clear up the water, that's an additional $500-$1200 dollars. Save your money take your own cover off and get the algicide and shock at Walmart for under $25. I would not recommend using this company. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I will not be going back to the Warner Robins store unless it's an emergency. I have been using them for 4 years now and enough is enough. Things have only gotten worse... I will not be looked at and talked to like I'm 2 years old. Bonnie is the worst and she should seriously go to some sort of customer service training. I live in Warner Robins, but work in Macon. I will only use the Macon store from now on. I don't care if I have to wait to get my water tested or the things I need. (They are busy, but it's worth it.) Anytime you walk in the Macon store, they are super friendly and helpful. I give the Macon store 5 stars! The Houston Lake location needs to take lessons from them!! End rant.... read more

I was having pool problems in that i had to add water almost daily. I went to AAA Pool to seek some help. I told the young lady my problem and she took down all my information and advised that someone would be in touch. Knowing how busy pool supply businesses are swamped this time of year I waited over a week for them to call with an appointment or to tell me to go elsewhere. After at least a week I called and after giving out my pertinent information they basically said there was no record of me coming in. I was livid but the guy promised to do some research and get back in touch. Waited the rest of that day and all the next day. I finally called them again and was told the person I needed to talk to was busy and to leave my number and they would call me back. When he called I regurgitated my info again and when he started his song and dance routine I told him to forget about it and I would seek help elsewhere. He gave me the impression that was great! So a half star would be more appropriate for this business. read more
