4/24/26 This place is absolutely HEAVENLY!! I got a 60 minute float, a 60 minute Therapeutic massage, and a 30 minute Halotherapy. The float: an absolute dream! I honestly felt completely weightless and could feel my anxiety slipping away. Not going to lie, it took me a few minutes to get used to floating naked. There's a button to change the colors or turn it off (I had it on blue), you can either float in silence or have music playing (I had music). They supply bathrobes, towels, and earplugs for the float. The shower they had me use before and after was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for the shower smelt amazing. The massage: I've never had a massage before and I'm mad at myself it took me so long to get one! She asked me if I had any areas that needed to be targeted and I informed her that I carry my stress on my neck and shoulders. She made 25+ years of stress melt away like it was never there in the first place! The room itself was dark, warm, and inviting. There was a sound machine playing therapeutic music and I swear I dozed off at one point. Halotherapy: it felt like I was sitting on a beach chair, listening to the waves, and breathing in the salt air. They had a peppermint oil diffuser on, a fan blowing, and a projector that was displaying stars and moons. The weighted blanket that was provided was just the right weight for me. I finished my float a little early so I got to experience the glow room. It has an entire wall of LED flicking candles with the most comfortable chairs, pillows, and weighted blankets I've ever experienced. They also had a sound machine playing rain sounds (which is my all time favorite relaxation sound). I never wanted to leave that room! All in all, I wish I could give this place and my experience more than 5 stars. I will absolutely be trying to make this a monthly thing and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen! read more

I went to this facility for several years. On multiple occasions they cancelled my appointments on the same day, which was always a disappointment but I did not complain. I saved the incorrect date for an appointment and went in for a massage the day that I wrote down, which I discovered was the day after the actual appointment. When I arrived, I found out that I had the day wrong and that I had also been charged full price for the massage I didn't get. Nobody called me to confirm the appointment, or to touch base when I didn't show up. Although this is not a business requirement, it is a much appreciated and classy customer service courtesy. It was very disappointing to have to pay full price for no massage- then also leave work early and drive across town only to find out about my scheduling error in person due to never receiving a call. If I can be charged full price for a truly accidental no show, I feel like they should provide a coupon or discount on future service when they cancel appointments on their clients at the last minute. I will not return here and do not recommend. Their best masseuse (there is frequent turnover) left and now works in Perry. read more

I've been a client here for several years, and recently I made an honest mistake while scheduling--resulting in me missing my appointment and showing up the following day, thinking that was the correct time. I fully accept that the scheduling error was mine, and I understand the policy of charging for missed appointments regardless of the reason. What disappointed me was realizing afterward that I had paid for a full hour and yet no one took two minutes to call and check on me, confirm whether I was on the way, or even let me know I had missed the appointment. A simple call would have made a huge difference: I would have known I'd made a mistake, been aware a charge was pending, and I wouldn't have left work early the next day thinking I still had an appointment. What felt especially ironic was that in the past few months, I have had two same-day cancellations from Float Robins due to issues with the therapist. I didn't complain at all--I gave them grace and kept scheduling. So to then be told that "things occasionally come up with the therapist," while not allowing the same understanding for a loyal client, felt unfair. Things come up for clients too. Why is that acceptable for the service provider, but not the customer? I shared my experience on Facebook, suggesting that a quick courtesy call for late arrivals would be helpful. The owner commented publicly, referencing my "bad" (but honest) Google review and claiming I booked again afterward--which was not true. I had booked with a different business. I found it unprofessional for the business owner to try and publicly shame a customer, rather than accepting feedback and showing appreciation for years of loyalty and continued support despite inconsistent communication on their end. At this point, I won't be returning. I want to support businesses that value their clients as more than just a missed-appointment fee. My hairdresser would have called. My doctor's office would have called. The personal touch matters, especially in a small business--and unfortunately, it's missing here. read more

Great overall experience. Friendly staff, clean and relaxed environment. My husband and I visit often.

The concerns I have include the lack of handicapped accessability. Not even a ramp to go into the front of the buildong/door, just a step. There are no hand rails for the float tanks to get in and especially out of. As a voluptuous woman, I was unable to fit in the chairs in the salt room. Can these things be addressed. Ps.- even with mats in the sbower area, it is extremely slippery in the shower room. read more

Place was clean, staff courteous, appointment scheduling was easy. Offered a unique epson salt pod floating experience, salt therapy with weight blanket to help upper respiratory and relax and they offer massages. They offer other services i was not familiar with yet. The pod was different its worth trying it out. read more

I went for some much needed relaxation. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. On arrival I was provided a tour of the place. I was then escorted to my room to get ready to submerge myself in peace and tranquility. I was provided instructions on how to prepare for my float, basically wash hair and shower. Then I was all set. I definitely enjoyed the float. The only thing I wish is that the music worked in the chamber. Will definitely be back soon! read more

Room smelled like a old dirty gym towel. Shower was not clean and the plastic shower walls were literally falling off the wall. After the float I waited in the relaxation room for 30 minutes with no attendant checking on me or offering me anything to drink. Fails miserable to other spas. read more

Went there for the first time as a gift; tried the 60 minute float as well as the halotherapy. The staff are so attentive and supportive. There are also many rooms where you can freshen up and it's very clean and tidy. The halotherapy was so soothing with the warm weighted blankets given; in the float room you can shower, and have privacy. I really like how everything is provided for the clients. I would love to go here every month. read more

So... today I stopped by Float Robins. I didn't have an appointment and didn't plan on any services. I had intentions of blessing the owner but instead she blessed me. The second I walked in the door the smell was so relaxing. I had a headache and really just wanted to go home. But I wanted to visit a friend! I didn't tell her I had a headache or that I felt bad. But out of the blue, "hey do you want a body massage and or float"? I thought about it and said yes, yes I do. I had the most relaxing massage from Payton! It wasn't to hard, it wasn't to soft. I didn't even tell her what was bothering me. But she knew exactly every tight muscle! It was amazing! Then I had a 60 minute float. I actually fell asleep! First let me say the owner is the just the nicest person! She truly goes out of her way to ensure that you have a wonderful experience. The facility is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated for a totally ZEN experience. The candle room has some of the most comfortable lounge chairs. It's a perfect start or end to your experience. I utilized the sauna, had a massage, and ended with a float. It's been quite a while since I had a massage, but I won't go that long again. Derrick has the hands of an angel. I left feeling so relaxed and I really appreciate that Derrick took the tons to explain to me what I need to do in order to ensure that my muscles didn't tighten up again. I am claustrophobic and truly felt like closing the pod door to float would be impossible, but after having relaxed in the sauna, had an amazing massage it wasn't as hard as I thought. The floating experience is something that everyone needs to do at least once. I plan to make this a routine as it was physically, mentally and spiritually relaxing.
