I decided to go here due to referral from someone and sorry to say, no one experience is the same but as someone who does lashes and had other do mines I never experienced lashes falling off on the same day of service, eye lashes sticking together, the feel of the lashes and lol the mist technique is just dumb. Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. Also receive the wrong type of lash service and it was brush off when I bought it up. Walked in here with zero idea about getting lashes done but I was curious! They got me an appointment in the same day and were very friendly and explained to me the options for the kinds of lashes and the process. Completely unprofessional business. Reported unprofessional issues and the manager attacked me verbally for doing so. She refused to let me speak, spoke over me and raised her voice, she would not listen at all. You are not valued if reporting any issue. You will be made out to be dishonest and hung up on. The only manager at this business who is calm and level headed is the assistant manager. She should be the one running this business not the main manager.Do not waste your time or money! I would give zero stars if possible. Worst spa I've ever been too. You'll be told what you experienced did not happen, that you don't know what you're talking about and you have no proof. They do not take unprofessional behavior seriously. Ma'am, how is telling you something happened to make me feel uncomfortable and wanting a refund or a free service mentally or verbally abusive? I can not say enough great things about Bellezza!! They are the best place I have found to pamper yourself. The skin care is amazing and the lashes are just as amazing as well as classy. I get compliments all the time. The whole staff are wonderful and you always feel at home!! You get all these things at such reasonable prices!! I am a number 1 fan!! Also I may point out I drive 75 miles to come even when there are places close to me!! That speaks volumes to those who know me I have very little time to drive long distance unless it's worth it and IT IS!! Update: I recently read the other comment, I do not know exactly what happened to the disappointed customers, however I do know that I have been asked for a deposit and occasionally still may from time to time depending on the price of the scheduled procedures. As a business owner myself I completely understand the need for this as people cancel less than 24 hours before apt without any notice. In my years of business I have come to understand most of the public do not realize how much employees and a business is affected by no-shows, or cancel with less than 24 hr notice. So next time think first - how would you feel if you came to work ready to do your job had to stay at your job yet you would loose pay. So I completely understand the need for a deposit. This business is a place for adults to come and be pampered and relax. Therefore no children, not talking on cell phones, ect... If the rules were not strict I would hear loud conversations on cell phones, adults and children talking loudly with a great deal of background noise. If I could give 0 stars I would. My family recently faced the devastation of our Panama City home at the hands of Hurricane Michael. As such, I called Bellezza to schedule a massage appointment and try to destress from the ordeal. I was told that I would need to provide a half deposit down in advance of my appointment. I found this odd as an attorney to pre-pay for a service I had not yet received. I explained my concerns to the receptionist who told me that they would suspend the policy until I developed a relationship with the salon. This assuaged my concerns. Five minutes later, I received a call back from the spa who informed me that our "personalities were not a good fit" and I should book an appointment with a different masseuse. I was absolutely stunned at the level of unprofessionalism and personal nature of the receptionist's comments. I explained that I would certainly NOT be making an appointment with the salon and that I would be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau to warn others. Never had a facial before today. My mom took myself and her for a mommy and daughter day. This was one of the most professional places I've ever been. They make sure you feel comfortable the entire time and even discuss skincare options for your skin type afterwards. Best day ever!! Remember, bring a mask to wear in the shop while not receiving your facial. I had Payton(hopefully that's how you spell it) and she was really nice and professional. Made an appointment for a basic 30 min. facial and when I got there, I was put down for a microdermabrasion....What? RED FLAG!!!! I asked questions about it out of curiosity (not rude or anything just wanted to make sure cause I was thinking about it) guess it was to much because the owner said she was scared to take me on as a client because "IF" something went wrong???. I asked for a basic facial because all I wanted was to relax since I drove all the way there and SHE COULDN'T DO THAT!!!!! And she asked if she could give me a discount on a massage....I don't think so, she might not be able to do that if I asked any questions. I did a couples massage with my mom for Mothers Day and she loved it plus we got to be in the same room (although we were so relaxed from our massages it's not like we could have actually made words ... hahaha). I have had both massages and facials and was impressed by both. I used to go to a high end salon in North Macon for these services and now I will never go back. The rooms, beds, technicians are so much more superior and the price is better too. I don't normally do reviews but I was looking up the number for Bellezza to make an appointment for another massage and facial this weekend and saw that they had not had a review this year and wanted to make sure everybody knew how awesome and professional they are.
