So next time think first - how would you feel if you came to work ready to do your job had to stay at your job yet you would loose pay. So I completely understand the need for a deposit. This business is a place for adults to come and be pampered and relax. Therefore no children, not talking on cell phones, ect... If the rules were not strict I would hear loud conversations on cell phones, adults and children talking loudly with a great deal of background noise. But yes, the man (I did not get a name and it was only him) seemed frustrated with every request or clarifying question that I made, and it just wasn't a good time for me. When I got back to the car, I realized there's gel all under my nails that I had to remove which peeled off some on the side of my nails. I wouldn't even go back, very frustrating/uncomfortable experience.
