If I could give zero stars I would. I had a float scheduled for two people on Sunday March 24th for 10am. We were at the location by 9:25 am and the location was not open. We waited until almost 11am before, unfortunately, leaving very discouraged as the building was still closed and no one had arrived or responded to our calls and there were several other people who were outside waiting as well. I was very excited and very much so looking forward to the experience as it was a part of a birthday celebration that was planned for the weekend. I absolutely LOVE this place! My husband bought me a couple of floats as a gift. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect when I arrived. The last gave me a tour of the facility and I watched a video on floating. Then it was time to float! The experience was pure magic! As a very stressed work at home mom, being able to completely unplug and totally relax for an hour was something I don't think I've truly felt before until I floated. WOW! I came out of my first float feeling completely energized and alive! My energy level was through the roof and I felt like I could conquer the world! It was so invigorating and incredible that I signed up for a membership. After the float I enjoyed the oxygen bar and a cup of delicious tea! Absolutely wonderful experience! Where to start. I called and called and no one ever answers, you leave a message and you get an automated text (sometimes in a few minutes, sometimes in like a half hour or more) stating they will forward your call to someone but no one ever called. I had an appointment on Thursday at 1:30, was told to be 1/2 hour early since it was my first time. No problem, I arrived 40 min early and the doors were locked and the lights off. I figured, ok, I'm a little early even though they say the are opened from like 9am to 9pm, so I wait a few, still nothing, so I called, of course no answer, I texted the number that had previously texted me, I get nothing. I left a couple of messages and I got the automated sorry texted message stating they would have someone contact me, of course I never received a call back. Just ended up going home. Mind you I had now wasted about an hour and half and had driven in traffic to get there. Wake up this morning, texted this morning to see if I had an appointment for today at the same time and they actually texted back confirming the 1:30 appointment. Yeah, so again I drive through traffic to get there 30 min early as instructed and again, doors locked and lights off. Call, no answer, text, no response. A member, also showed up for her appointment and was not very happy either. Again, I waited for about 20 min, without any response to my text per phone message. They finally sent another automated response text, saying they forwarded my message and someone would call me. Ridiculous, I called and left a message to not bother, I am done. On a good note my husband, who got me the float spa as a Mother's Day gift, mind you, called the location in Peachtree City, they answered the phone and where exceptionally nice and I am booked there for Sunday. read more

This was my first time floating. I've been wanting to try it for some time now. I decided on this place because it is close to home and had a Groupon special. We were warmly greeted when we entered. The aesthetic of this place is gorgeous. Very spa like, calming and appears immaculate. We signed a digital waiver and then watched a short explanation video while relaxing with our feet up. The video is informative and also a little funny (intentionally, to calm any apprehensions you may have). Then we toured the place and got ready to float! You have to shower first, they provide soap, shampoo and conditioner and towels. Then put in the provided ear plugs and I forgot to mention they have shower shoes if you didn't bring any. The temperature in the room and pod were perfect for me. Inside the pod it could be a little too warm for some, but perfect for me. I preferred my pod to be pitch black so I didn't use the lights. I did end up using the blue head ring for my neck and I ended up requesting no music. The music was too loud and bothersome to me. There is an intercom in the pod so you can communicate with the staff at any time. I also keep my pod lid closed. Overall, it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I fell asleep at least twice. It's only been an hour or so since floating but I haven't noticed any differences thus far. I did not experience any body aches or pains that they warn about during the float, so that was good. After floating, I showered again, then used the complimentary lotion and cotton swabs. They also have makeup removal wipes, spray on deo (male and female), hairspray and hair dryers. I did try the oxygen bar (peppermint and eucalyptus). I loved the peppermint. I drank the herbal tea (sweet peach). If I notice any positive results within the next few hours or days I will update my review. Overall, an enjoyable and relaxing experience, but I would not float again unless I experience something beneficial in the near future. read more

Omg this is such an underrated experience!! A friend of mind recommended it And Groupon currently has it for 50 percent off. I heard it takes relaxation to another level. When I first heard of it I thought I am not going to pay to float in a spa when I can float in my tub for free! BUT THIS IS A DIFFERENT KIND OF FLOAT!! they put a bunch of epsom salt in it so your body is so buoyant that it floats effortlessly. Did u watch stranger things where they were loading up the mini pool so eleven could transfer to the other world and find barb? Same concept...or the videos there the egg is sitting on water bc the salt concentration in the water is so high. So I payed on Groupon and made the appointment via phone. Appointment is required. They email a confirmation and tell u what is included and what not to do like don't shave on the day or days before u come as those areas will b sensitive to the salt. I brought plastic caps for my natural hair which didn't work lol maybe a swim cap would? U don't have to bring a swim suit u can float nude as I did as u are in the room by yourself. U can choose to leave your lid down or up if u r claustrophobic or do t like tight spaces. Morgan helped us she was so sweet and very patient Next time I would bring a brush a comb and any other hair care products I feel I needed. Your personal shower includes body wash, conditioner and shampoo in pump form. Then in the recovery area there is a blow dryer and antiperspirant and other items like lotion and even candy. I haven't been in to float yet, but I was in the area, so I decided to go inside to get more information about the entire experience. The workers were extremely friendly and very attentive to any questions or concerns that I had about the floating experience. The inside of the facility is stunning and you feel of sense of relaxation immediately when you walk in. They even have salt lamps everywhere! I was able to get a tour of the pods and a private room. I was allowed to stick my hand in the water and the water felt lotion-y. The salt dries quickly on your skin and will leave a white residue on your skin, which is why they recommend showering before and after your float. Overall, I am definitely excited to float for the first time! I purchased my first float and will update this review after my experience. Just keep floating! ------- Update (6/5/19): I went in for my first float yesterday. I know I already raved about the staff, but they truly made my first float experience wonderful. After signing the waiver, you are escorted to a room to watch a video about your first float experience. It's important to pay attention to the video so you'll know how to float properly. After the video, you are finally ready to float! They recommend that you shower before entering the pod. After your shower, you plug in your ear plugs and enter the pod! The pod has controls inside of it for you. You can adjust your lighting, music, and contact staff if needed. I decided to float with the lights off and the pod door closed. While I didn't fall asleep in the pod like I expected, I felt all of the stress leave my body. I was in a state of euphoria. I didn't even realize that an hour went by until I heard the announcement. After your float, if you're a first timer, you get to use the oxygen bar for free which i HIGHLY recommend. It's a great way to end your first float experience. They even have coloring books for you to use while you utilize the oxygen bar. After i left the spa, I felt very calm and relaxed. I slept very well that night as well. Even as I am typing this review, I am still experiencing the benefits of my float. I loved my floating experience and definitely will be returning. My family and I are even considering a membership. My brother and I went for our first time. We purchased $59 vouchers online. We previously had to cancel last minute a week before due to a car accident. They were very accommodating and didn't charge. The oxygen is free with first visit and very interesting. It cones with essential oils. The staff has great hospitality and very nice. Very knowledgeable and gave alot ofbtips to save money and capitalize on offers. First timer tips: swimcap, swimming trunks, our music speaker to play music, I'll bring my own deodorant, condition next time, and googles cause I hate water in my eyes I loved the promotions and deals offered. I cancelled my membership nearly a year ago without owing any money. A year later, In one week they charged my account $65 5 different times. I reached out to them numerous times asking for assistance. The girl that answered the phone said there was nothing they could do. I have reached out through phone, email, Linkedin, and social media; I even contacted the Better Business Bureau. The only response I received was from the girl at the front desk. Beware they can and will charge you for service as many times as they want and will not assist you in any resolution. There is no information available to reach out to corporate except through LinkedIn. I spent hours disputing charges and cancelling my card. It may take 90 days to get my money back. If they had reversed the charges this would have not been an issue. Instead, they are shamefully hiding behind an hourly employee. read more

Was helped my Melani after I purchased a groupon. The spa was clean and had great amenities available. My boyfriend and I were promptly offered tea which was soothing and relaxing. The experience itself I can see being nice but personally for me and my boyfriend, it wasn't something I think we'll do again. So this has to be one of the least known ways to really get relaxation. I bought a Groupon after my sister told me about it. From the moment you walk into the spa till the time you leave it is just chill. After signing waivers on an iPad drinking some tea and taking off your shoes. It is game on. You get your own suite for an hour by yourself. If you do not know how to or desire to unplug frim the noise and rush rush rush of this world do not do this. If you desire to learn how to unplug, then totally do this. Next you take a rainfall shower with spa grade shampoo and body wash and enter the float tank. Naked is best but you can wear a suit if being naked by yourself scares you. Door to your suite locks for privacy. There is a intercom button in the tank to communicate with staff if needed. Now commence to floating. It is easy. Just lay back and away you go. Still your mind and enjoy the silence. When you are done the water jets come back on and you shower and get dressed. They have a room afterwards to get back groomed prior to leaving. You can then enter the lounge and enjoy the essential oil oxygen bar for 10 mins. We arrived 30 min early as requested, and were ready to float for 1 hour our designated time. If you don't float you must be doing something wrong lol. They have everything you need already there. We fell asleep while floating, it was so peaceful. There's no contract to join, it's month to month which is even better. There's also an oxygen bar with different flavor choices to use after the float session. They also offer hot tea or water to drink while you utilize the oxygen bar.
