Yandry came out with another tech, and he went up in our attic to review. After spending at least an hour reviewing, he advised me to go with another professional that he highly recommende due to their expertise specific to my system. Yandry was extremely professional and courteous ( I might add, they both wore shoe covers). Upon completion, I inquired as to what I owed them, whereas Yandry simply said, " Nothing." This kind of service has become a lost art in Florida, and I can't overstate how impressed I was. This company deserves all the business they get, and I wish them well! Thank you very much!

The Tech that came out did do some work for me did a good job. Very polite and not pushy. Were the Pic's he should me my AC-Unit??? Now I am not sure. I asked if they could use my parts another company removed which were my UV-Lites. I was told possible but would get back to me with a price. Maybe like $300-$400 / not cheap. I never hear back from the Tech. They do charge $75 just to come out and $120 an Hour for any work. Was told these are competitive prices. If they could not use my old connections, then call and give me a Price of what you would install. Instead they just ignored me and I'm letting others know how you might be treated by Mercury Air.

They were out today for an issue with my A/C that had gone down last night. I called this morning around 8:00 and they were here by 9:00 to fix the problem. They are always timely, tell me what is the matter, help me to do the right things to keep the unit running. John and Jacob are always friendly and efficient. I enjoy the interactions with Sarina in the office. She's quick to get the connections to John and Jacob on the road. I highly recommend them.

They lived up to their great reviews, from the initial contact phone call all the way to the conclusion of the installation of my new unit. Derek, the estimate technician who arrived at my home on April 23rd, was knowledgeable and addressed my questions and offered options. He was at my home for over two hours! He offered me several options, without pressuring me, simply explaining the benefits of each option. His willingness to explore my request to remove current water outflow pipe that had been on the garage floor for decades, presenting a safety risk, and route it another way outside was taken seriously and creatively. He took me through the plan and I was so pleased. The technicians who arrived the next day to do the install, Gary, James and Kauntes, were excellent workers. Gary was in charge and went over the plan with me in detail. He was able to troubleshoot a few issues and get the job done! Let me tell you about Fontana Brothers. We had a power brownout earlier in the day that knocked our…read moreAC compressor offline. I called EIGHT highly rated AC companies in the area. Granted, it was Labor Day, but not one of them answered the phone. Only two eventually called me back. Fontana Brothers? They answered on the first ring and told me they could have someone out within about 90 minutes. Our technician, Fredy, called about 20 minutes before arriving and immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed a failed capacitor and an issue at the contactor/electrical connection, and replaced what was needed. He also recommended surge protection for both the outdoor condenser and indoor air handler, which seemed especially sensible after the electrical event that started all of this. But he didn't just fix the immediate problem and leave. He inspected the air handler, discovered a significant air leak where it connects to the ductwork, and found the blower wheel caked with buildup. He took care of those issues as well. He also checked the refrigerant charge and explained that the system appeared to have been left at the factory line-set charge, which only accounts for a relatively short refrigerant line. Ours runs roughly 45 feet between the condenser and air handler, so additional refrigerant was needed. Fredy showed me the regular repair pricing versus their maintenance-club pricing rather than just trying to sell me something, and with a seven-year-old system that clearly hadn't received enough attention, joining made perfect sense. What really stood out, though, was how he treated our home and family. He stopped to pet our cats, patiently answered our kids' questions, and treated everything with care. He used our garden hose while cleaning the blower and actually wound it up neater than we normally do. From answering the phone on a holiday to getting our AC running properly and finding several problems that could have continued costing us efficiency and reliability, the entire experience was exceptional. I genuinely can't say enough good things about it.
