We were able to find an employee right away to help us pull sizes. The shoe selection was vast and had some sales going on. They had a huge wall of Stanleys which was so vibrant and colorful! I also noticed some really fun Lions gear. The parking lot is large, but it was quite busy, so you may have to park a little further out and walk a bit.

She provided a print out of the receipt for me. She did not provide a detailed receipt but it showed the date, transaction number, item and amount of sale At the store I encountered the Manager, Eric who as very rude and condescending. He told me I could not return the item even though the customer service representative told me I could. Eric did not take time to look up any information and advised me, the return policy limited returns to 30 days. being confused after this exchange, I then contacted the online complaint department and spoke with a representative (Sabrina) who was also very helpful and researched my issues. after researching the issues she contacted her supervisor and advised me I could return the item to the store after looking up my receipt which included the extended warranty. Sabrina then call the store to speak with Eric about the return. She then advised me I would be able to return the item after speaking with Eric. the next day, I went to the store and spoke with Eric who again was rude and wanted to justify his earlier decision to reject the return as I did not tell him I had an extended warranty. If he had taken time to look up the sale he would have seen that I did purchase the extended warranty. Eric was not customer friendly and I advised him I would not engage in an argument with him. he begrudgingly processed the refund. I would advise that: 1. you not purchase the Maxfli 2024 Hybrid Travel Cover. 2. Retain all receipts 3. document your conversations with all team members I will not be shopping at the Lansing store where Eric is the manager.

It was hot out, but then the ac in the stores were helpful. They have a forever 21, lululemon, banana republic, pottery barn, sephora, gap, game stop, victoria's secret, bath and body works, loft, express, american eagle, dick's sporting goods, pandora, and many more stores. There is few hotels nearby, I stayed at the Hyatt directly behind all the stores. There are super stores nearby - Walmart and Sam's Club. There are quite a lot of food options. I ended up trying out quite a few really good ones. They have Bravo Cucina Italiana - a nice italian restaurant. They have Boston's restaurant nearby if you want a more sports bar vibe. Champps is a great bar as well - they have a few food options with alcohol in it (even dessert). I did not try Capital Prime as I dislike seafood but I heard great things from others. If you are into fast food they have a culver's too. There are many other options that I did not get to try out, but it is worth checking out reviews. Overall, we had a good time walking around. They had music playing one night when we went to Bravo. Everyone had their own lawn chairs too. People were laughing and smiling. Many were seated outdoors to eat and get a view of the fun. And not only did they tell me no- which later during my call to Corporate said they should have....but when I called back to tell them what corporate said, they wouldn't get a Manager, said they would not give me a name of a manager, and told me no again. I literally spent hundreds of dollars, and this store shows absolutely no value in having me a customer over a BAG! If you want to buy expensive things, go elsewhere. The only reason they get ONE star is because Zero or negative is not a choice.

Three day shipping from Michigan to the Wast Coast (San Diego, Ca). The quality on this gymnastics bar and mat is exceptionally well put together that I tossed it out! However, I didn't not seem to find the instructions.. or it may have been that my daughter and I were extremely happy to put this bad boy together that I tossed them out with the box. Sure enough, it was easy to assemble as can be. Before putting it together, I called the customer service number to ask what tools were needed to assemble. They kindly assisted me with what tools were going to be needed; Phillips screw driver and 2 9/16 wrenches and off we were!! Thank you Nimble Sports! Solid company and customer service! I spent many weeks researching the best bar, and ultimately splurged on their Premium Kip Bar. It…read morearrived damaged. I tried to resolve it. I forgave what I believed to be aesthetic damage. When it became clear the damage was not just aesthetic and the issue unresolvable, I asked for a refund. They've refused. It also looks like the product has been removed from their website, perhaps due to too many others complaining and attempting to get refunds for the same damaged product. I was sent a bar that was damaged, as evident both by the cardboard packaging upon arrival, the chipped paint on the frame itself, and the wooden bar that wasn't smooth. I'd hoped that the frame's damage was solely aesthetic, and offered to let that damage go in good faith. They sent another wooden bar. Upon attempting to replace the wooden bar, I was unable to remove the metal frame pieces from the frame--even with outside help. The person helping was able to identify that the metal frame was defective, with the frame being bent out of shape (during shipping, in the area where the paint had been chipped) and thus making it impossible to disassemble. Upon further examination, I realized that the frame did not even lie flat on the ground on one side and was bent out of shape in multiple places. The bar was supposed to be able to sustain a gymnastics kip and had been sold as being sturdy, yet moved from literally my small pinky toe touching the frame. It has not served even for basic pullups or hanging. It's also now "stuck" taking up an entire room of my house. The bar is wider than the doors into the room, and I don't have the strength to overcome the bent out of shape bars to remove them, disassemble it, and take it to the trash. I've spent hours and hours crying and trying to physically remove bars these bars, but they won't move due to having arrived already being bent out of shape. It's become a symbol of futility during this pandemic. I've also never been so disappointed in customer service--how can a company send a damaged product and not offer to refund it--especially when it's a customer who'd been happy to save the company money when one of their most expensive products had arrived "ugly" with paint chips, but functional? I've had many phone calls with support to try to resolve the issue. I've also sent videos and photos showing that the bar does not lie flat on the ground, and that the bar does not slide within the frame. I've spoken with support. Support offered me a refund on the phone (without sending it back, as I explained I could not even remove the bars from my house, didn't have a vehicle (hence why I paid for a bar to be shipped to me), and had long since thrown out the packaging); I asked for a couple days to think. When I called back, I was told I'd be called back with an answer on the refund they'd already offered me. I was never called back. I followed up with more phone calls and an email to request the refund, as well as a couple more voicemails. Months went by; calls were never answered, I was never called back, and my emails never answered. I've now opened a dispute through Paypal and am still waiting.
