He is a very friendly guy and loves to talk to the patients to make them feel more relaxed. The teeth cleaning is fast and efficient with no pain at all. He also helped me do a root canal which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The root canal procedure was very relaxing with no pain at all. I highly recommend Dr. Lam to any one that is afraid of pain or does not like pain at all. If you are nervous about a dentist then Dr. Lam is definitely the dentist for you.

The first time I saw her, I received a very thorough exam of the tooth in question which did, ultimately, require a root canal. This was an unbelievably great experience!! Dr Prabhu is extremely knowledgeable and possesses skills of the highest standards. Zero discomfort, Instant relief! She also conveyed her findings and treatment plan, which were easily understood. I saw her twice following for 2 other teeth, which she carefully examined and determined root canals were not necessary. Sounds silly, but I would have been happy to have one! About 2 months ago, another dentist noticed the issue came back so he advised me to come back to see Dr. Tracey to have re-treatment. The I started to make appointment with this office - i called the office every Tuesday for the past 4 Tuesdays, still just called yesterday and left a message - then never check the messages and never call you back, so you have to call them again and again in order to speak with them. The first time when I spoke with the receptionist, they would arrange a "consulting session", and then I said NO since (1) the insurance would not cover consulting, and I already had one consulting session with them before the root canal; (2) this is "re-treatment" or follow up, apparently the consulting is NOT needed, which can only delay the re-treatment and charge patient more. Then the receptionist(s) said they need to talk to Dr. Tracey and/or insurance and give me a call back. What happened next is: I kept calling every Tuesday (since Dr. is in office only on Tuesdays) for the past 4 Tuesdays, and every day multiple calls and left messages. They promised to give me call back yesterday, they never did even though I left them a message. This is really horrible/terrible experience. Never come back to this office again. I actually had an implant recently with an oral surgeon: only one call and one visit and they did everything within 2 hours including extraction and implant - but this is with another dental office, so great experience elsewhere, but terrible here.

If you know you need to have a tooth removed, and are feeling worried about it, I want to assure you that Dr. Mehrotra and his staff took excellent care of me! Dr. Mehrotra was so gentle and kind, and his soft-spoken manner put me at ease immediately. He administered the shots of anesthesia skillfully, and made sure I was 100% numb before he smoothly and quickly removed my fractured molar. His assistants were also calm and pleasant, and I felt safe in their experienced hands. The office is very well run with a great website that I used ahead of time to submit my new patient information. When I arrived, all my paperwork was in order and the insurance coordinator was clear on how much my insurance would cover and how much was my responsibility. I appreciated their organization and that there were no hidden fees. They are in-network for Delta Dental of NJ so the portion I had to pay was minimal. As a plus, the office building is beautiful, as is the interior design of the Oral Surgery Center. I liked looking out at the scenic hills of Warren as I sat in the dental chair.
