Unfortunately, (fast forward almost 2 years later from my first visit in February 2024) I got into a horrific rear end car collision and my Accord ended up being totaled. I went back to the dealership & was looking to get something a little larger and lease rather than finance - so I was looking at the HRV (preferably the EX-L because I liked all the features & upgrades it came with). From the moment I stepped inside the dealership, I was greeted with the same warm atmosphere and friendly attitude that I experienced during my first visit & this time I had the pleasure of working with Sevi Marr as my sales representative. Not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgable about the different vehicles, she was extremely kind, patient, understanding, and honest as she worked relentlessly to make sure that she could work out the best deal she possibly could for me (even through multiple rounds of back and forth negotiations)! I definitely recommend her being your representative if she is in / available because she is truly second to none! Thanks to her & all of her hard work, I came out with a beautiful car that met all of my needs at an amazing price! The only drawback / warning I have about this place is that (both times), I was there for very long periods of time (so plan for a long day if you plan on coming here to get a car - either used or new)... but even that isn't such a major issue for me because I was able to take the day off from work (knowing the potential for how long the appointment could run) & I would rather the personal, careful, and attentive approach this dealership and its workers provide and having it take a bit more time rather than being rushed along, pushy, and treated like cattle like most car dealerships are.

I realized they added a warranty and wheel insurance into the payment without discussing with us. After about a haft hour we finally got the payment down to where I could live with. Should of just walked out. Iceing on the cake is when i got home looking over my contract i was charges 500 over the negotiated price of the car. I should of picked that up at the dealership.

I picked up a nice loud Wolo unit but haven't had the time to install it so I called over to Main Street Stereo and they told me to pop by. After a few minutes we agreed on a cost and I brought the car in before work. These guys are ultra nice and so easy to deal with. They took my car and parts and called me within a two hours to tell me it was already complete. The car now sounds great, I can annoy people with loud horns and I couldn't be happier. FIRST: discussing my radio set up was much more complicated then it needed to be they come off intelligent but it's a way to scam you in their market. make sure your price check them because all parts and materials were doubled. SECOND: I left a $500 cash deposit back in the fall. I was out of the state and had to sell the car due to family emergencies. There was absolutely no compensation for my $500 cash deposit. In fact they even Returned the parts that were already paid for with no refund.
