I pulled out got gas at about 6:15p.m my…read morewife said the Jeep smelled like it was getting hot but it was not showing on the gage over heating. She said there were some finger prints on the heat shield from the repair. She asked me what I would like to eat and I said while were over here lets go to ponchos. We got onto 45 I went to exit Tidwell and my wife was unable to make the exit so she went to the next exit and made the U-Turn. While at the light she said someone was flashing his lights at her but didn't say anything or wave her down or anything like that. So i told her to pull in front of my truck in the parking lot so i could see if maybe a tail light was out. NO. There were little fire ball drips coming from the front of the Jeep where the transmission housing is. I was SCREAMING at her to turn the jeep of that it was on fire when i say a flame shoot out and then be sucked back in. I Screamed at her again and honked and got her attention for her to pull into a parking space and turn it off. She did that. When she went to get out the jeep caught fire as I was taking pictures of the lava looking fire pouring from the bottom of our newly "fixed" Jeep. Instantly the entire front of the jeep burst into flames we called the fire station and they came but it was too late to save the jeep. I immediately called the shop with no answer at first. I blew both numbers up when finally the shop owners Niece answered and was freaking out saying ' Omg my uncles business" I said my wife was in that jeep that just caught fire and was in it when it was on fire . She said ok im going to call him. ( the owner her uncle does not speak English). His business partner called me not the owner and i told him what happend he immediatly asked me NOT to call my attorney or insurance to come there and let them handle it themselves. So we had it towed to a yard and went home. The next morning (Saturday) we gotup and went to his shop. The owner was there and again his business partner was translating. He asked us to make a list of everything we had put into the jeep including the pay off and payments owed etc. We gave him the honest list and it came to about 60k. His words to me were thats alot of money. I said yes it is alot of money so what do you what to do to rectify this. He said ok we will pay the jeep off and pay for you to have a another one. I told him he will NOT be picking a vehicle for me that we needed to be able to pick it ourselves and have our regular mechanic look it over etc. He was not happy about that and said come back monday. I came monday he said to be there about 2 and i showed up and WAITED ABOUT 2 hours. he finally showed up after we were told he was only going to grab lunch and come right back. Monday he said that he was going to buy us another Jeep again i said no I dont want you to buy anything for me i dont trust that at ALL. And again he wasnt happy about it. So now he is ignoring all of my phone calls as of 10/15/2020 and I have gotten my attorney involved. Do not do business with these people. They will not care if they are liable for the damages. I have a warranty for 1 year or 12k miles and being gone for 20 minutes neither of those happened so they need to do the right thing. Do not support this company or this could be you or worse.

This experience has been a nightmare & I don't wish this on anyone. My wife car wouldn't go into…read morereverse or drive so we called the closest shop to get some ideas on what might be wrong. The way they get you is that they make everything sound good over the phone by saying "free towing, free diagnostic test". I read the reviews here but they were covered in good reviews that I've now learned were all fake. At first he told us over the phone that it was an easy fix, mind you this was a whole month ago. He told us that it was an easy fix that would only cost $200. The next day the price went up to $400. Being patient & understanding of the "knowledge" he was giving us I'm like umm okay. He promised that we wouldn't need a new transmission. A week go by with so many broken promises & story switch ups & he comes out and say "you need a rebuild and the cost will be $2000 then it went to $4000, I fought against it so he went down to $3000 and that we could do a payment arrangement. Everyday something else was "going wrong" as to why the car wouldn't be ready. Next thing you know he starts the "tomorrow lies" tomorrow never comes though. The address that's listed is false! My wife decides to finally pull up on them. She pulls up to find out that they've wrecked the car & never even touched under the hood. We called the police & they are so used to coming, that they are very nonchalant about it & told us "just pay them, don't worry about the dent that they caused." He also asked " what you want me to do about this " after taking 3 hours to come & pulling up to a restaurant instead of the shop on FaceTime acting like he's annoyed by his job. After talking to several victims we found out that they get their parts from the junk yard and don't actually have a real mechanic. This is not fair & yes we should've dug deeper!!! PLEASE run far from this place!!! They give you these ridiculous prices & if you don't fall for the foolishness, they'll threaten you with a mechanic lien. Why are these monsters still in business????
