TL/DR: for motorcycle repair and maintenance, you really wanna go to RPM (Rad Performance…read moreMotorcpsorts) in Auburn. I first had Ryan work on my bike doing simple stuff, like installing tires. Simple enough, but he was able to install and balance them perfectly (which you know right away if it's not done right). Next I asked his people to finish installing a dashcam - I'd already done most of the install, but left the connection to the wiring harness (electrical work scares the crap out of me). So I had his people do it, and not only did it function perfectly, but they went the extra mile to carefully and expertly coil and cable tie the excess wire so they were tucked under the side cover, super neat and compact. Then, this past week, RPM did the 12k service on my Triumph Bonneville T100 just before I was to leave on a road trip over the weekend. They did a great job on the service at a very very competitive price. But, again, they went the extra mile. Ryan could not find the shims I needed to adjust valve clearances in time for the weekend road trip, so he located some 310 size shims in his shop and PERSONALLY milled them down to the required 295 size so 1. my valve clearances were perfect and 2.I'd have my bike back in time for the road trip (one other note - had a leaky valve cover gasket with RPM replaced, they also washed some of the old oil off the head so it would be clean for my ride). Plus they have puppies (Dixie, Miss Darla) not to be missed. Amazing work, super supportive of keeping my bike safe and performing at its best, good pricing, and just feels like someone's looking out for you. RPM, Auburn C

Genuinely grateful to the work they did on my Electra glide, and helped me in a tight pinch with a flat on the side of the road. Great pricing too and very transparent. No one likes having to spend a thousand bucks but they made it well worth and were real nice about everything. These guys used to be Dog Bar Cycles and you'll find all their other great ratings, looks like they've gone out to do their own thing, and deserve all the recognition still. If you ride, need custom work done, maintenance or just some pros to discuss bikes with and learn from - these are your people - trust them. 10/10 recommend.

I don't even know where to start with this. First off I will tell you that no matter where you…read morespend your $40k on a RZR at you will not be treated the same at all places, and I'm okay with that. I do not recommend this place, and I'll explain why now. Went in person to set up an appointment for a recall that can possibly burn you alive in your RZR. If you don't believe me look it up. Any ways I went to the counter to ask about an appointment and the guy pointed me to the service manager, now I was pretty happy about this because dealing with a manager I would think I would get the overall best service of the place, anyways the Manger Zac asked me for all my info, and repeatedly asked me if I have done business at their location which I answered more than 3 times to that same question, anyways I gave Zac all of my info and the was entering in the information, I was hoping to have a date scheduled before leaving because it's not easy to get time to put the RZR on a trailer and drop it off with my work schedule. Again, gave all my information and then he gives me a business card and asks me to email him my info, I was confused because I just gave him all my info but I said okay I will do that. He handed me his card, I emailed and called them 2 times and I still as of today do not have an appointment scheduled. So like I said if you're going to spend $40k on a RZR and need service, I would not recommend this location. I've heard good things about the Polaris in Yuba City so I will try there next. I sent the email on 4/1/26, which is the same day I went into this location to schedule a service. If this was just a normal service I wouldn't care so much, but this is a recall that could potentially burn you alive with a fuel fitting that either breaks or falls off or does something enough for them to send me 20-30 recall letters to bring it in and get fixed. Sorry for the long response but I wanted to make sure I explained everything. Thanks
