The guy at the service desk named Wylie was excellent. Very helpful and worked with me to store the bike while the outside painting was done. The project turned out well and the bike was returned to me running well and on a timely basis. On the maintenance side Wylie made some timely recommendations that got the needed work done avoiding unnecessary work and cost that is the hallmark of shops looking to charge as much as possible. Wiley and the service technician were very professional and met all promises made. The shop completed the job in a very timely basis and communicated progress made and all the steps to complete the job. Unfortunately we could not get a building permit for what we wanted. Our problem arose when we requested our deposit returned from Ride in the Past. We made two separate phone calls to them, separated by a number of months between each of the calls. Both times they said they would call back "tomorrow". We have yet to ever receive any follow up contact. That's all I have to say. If someone has had a positive experience with them, please chime in.

Seem like really nice guys and work on my bike on a really hot day but I was very disappointed when…read moreI realized about a week later that when they replaced my back tire they jacked up my paint pretty good on imagining when they hit it with the wrench I realized it's a difficult job but to not even say anything to me about it it's just Shady I'm a mechanic you know when you do something like this to a bike like mine it's a pretty nice bike nicer than any other bike that was at their shop that day and I probably wouldn't go back again just because I said nothing to me about it disheartening because they seem like good guys if it hadn't been a week later that I had noticed the damage I would have said something I know what they did it hadn't hardly driven the bike in that week and there's no other way it could have happened and I know it wasn't there before because it was the first time in the tire had ever been changed on this bike and everything was pretty much perfect with 6,000 miles on the bike I suggest at least keep an eye on what you're having done there and inspect your bike did before you leave for damage
