AT&R was exactly what I needed! While there are many companies that offer a monthly pest service…read morefee-based service, AT&R finds the root of the issue and fixes it permanently. I wish I had called them years ago as there are no more mice in my attic. AT&R not only has high-quality expertise and I also found them professional, courteous, prompt, responsive, and reasonably-priced. I wish I could give them more than five stars!

So when I had a mice (plural) problem. I Was setting traps myself and I went around and sealed any holes to the house. Still was getting mice come in. I new who to call, Phil went around and found many places they were getting in and showed me evidence( mouse droppings and chew marks). I was simply amazed at all the spots he found. I would never thought to look at all the places he found. He fixed the holes for a reasonable price. I set traps and caught a bunch of them. I was mouse free for almost 5 years! Until a week ago my dog caught a mouse (yes, my dog got it). So I knew who to call! Turns out, after my roof was done they undid what Phil had done 5 years ago. Can't say enough on how great they are. He will do the work for you or tell you how to. Also a gives tons of information on how to keep mice away and off your house. Where to put traps and what traps to use. Highly recommend!

Then proceeds to take a look for 5 minutes in my finished basement and does nothing in terms of patching or any other solution. Doesn't bother to look again at the exact spot the snake previously was. When asked if there are the possibilities for others was summarily dismissed. He chose not to inspect the upstairs for penetration points or the attic if other snakes would be present. We proceed outside, points out a very obvious hole between the brick and a joint for the deck. Then walks around points out the possibility of entering where wires from the AC unit run, but does nothing to address. Walks around and gets "distracted" by fruit trees 50 ft away from the house and says "yeah i get distracted easy" Then proceeds to tell me to patch the hole and to call him back if anything enters. All of this in under 20 min. Went with him based on yelp reviews but did not get anywhere near value for a inspection/setup fee.

None of these methods worked. I did trap a couple of squirrels but they would always come back. Jacob and his assistant came along and in a couple of weeks trapped all the squirrels and sealed a hole near the roof with pest block and sheet metal. Jacob also installed ridge guards on the ridge vents on the roof and put a cover on the dryer vent. Jacob is a nice guy, single-owner business and a subject matter expert. Check out his YouTube videos on removing wildlife from homes. Before hiring Jacob I worked with 2 other companies and both of them never went up on the roof and after hiring one of them they really did not get rid of the squirrels because of not properly identifying the entry hole. Jacob was also the only one that actually scaled the roof to check for entry and exit points. The other company reps/specialists just walked around and went up to the attic. It's peaceful now and I don't hear any more gnawing or scurrying sounds in the attic. I would highly recommend Jacob the Master Trapper for all your wildlife removal needs!

I had several estimates prior too communicating with Ali so I can confirm that his price was competitive. When he arrived at my house it was encouraging to learn that the person that came to do the estimate was the same person who was going to do the work. This is an important distinction because I have had experiences in the past were the person estimating and the one who was sent to do the job were not in sync so the service could not be performed. The end result is usually just a waste of time for everyone. An added bonus to this dynamic was that Ali was able to do the work the moment we agreed on a price so there was no waiting to schedule another appointment. It was a big load off my mind to get the service done immediately. In the end, he had to come back a second time because they first installed a one way door to allow the squirrels to exit humanely and then they came back to close the access point off. I have provided some pictures below of all three phases of this rodent remediation for everyone's review. In the end, I can honestly say I am very happy with the result.

However, immediately, I was impressed with Summit's fast, clear communications and ability to quickly conduct a survey. This gave me assurance that there was a plan to not only eliminate the squirrels but also to prevent more from returning. Communications throughout the whole process was always proactive, clear, and helpful! Their communications and customer service are a model for companies across industries. Summit stuck with us through a lengthy process (which was no fault of their own). After we caught a squirrel, we heard more noises. Jason worked with us with friendly persistence until the problem was solved by making several trips to isolate where the squirrel was. While I hope, we never have another wildlife problem, I would contact Summit again without hesitation.

DO NOT trust this company for bird exclusion services…read more We paid $350 after their technician showed us video of birds actively flying in and out of our house. Another crew later came out, claimed there were "no birds, just twigs," sanitized the area, installed a metal cover, and left. Now there are flies surrounding the covering, birds trying to get back inside, and we can still hear chirping and movement in the wall/vent area. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. Terrible communication, conflicting explanations, and a complete waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable.
