This summer I took the RV to a propane dealer in Valley Park and had them recertified and filled. Since R&M is closer to home, I went back there today to have the tanks refilled. This time there was an old man watching the operation. The workman was just about to start filling when the old man jumped in and said I had the wrong kind of valve on my tanks, and they couldn't be filled. This caught me by surprise, so I told him they were filled there last year. To this, the old man started cussing my tanks. Unaccustomed to this kind of rudeness, I asked if I could see the man who filled my tanks last year. Now the old man completely lost his cool. He cussed my RV, he cussed my tanks, he cussed me, calling us every filthy word he could remember from his days as a sailor. Not wishing to know how this would end, I rushed over to the office to ask for help. When the old man ran in behind me, they told me he was the owner.

After loading up our 26 foot moving truck for our move to Florida we discovered we did not have…read moreenough room on board. I needed a storage unit and I needed one fast! We had to be out of the house the next day, but where do I turn at 4 PM in the afternoon... A Storage Inn to the rescue!!! I called and talked to the on-site manager explaining the situation. He told me to come right in. He set me up with a great little unit, did all the paperwork and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Thank goodness for angels! This was on October 4, 2019, I wish I could remember the young man's name. I just called and talk to, what sounded like a different gentleman, to make sure we are all squared away with nothing due. He was very personable and polite. This company knows how to select outstanding employees. The unit and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. When my husband was there unloading the unit he noticed a woman driving around in a golf cart and she stopped to pick up a gum wrapper... Now that is attention to detail!!
