This is about Microsoft Support 365 for Mac. I personally have been calling for weeks to resolve this problem as Word for Mac keeps on applying unwarranted page breaks/bullets on my doucments on it's own! --it's now spreading ot other docs. I on my own tried everything went on internet to get solutions nothing works. I then called Microsoft for Mac getting tech people on the phone who not only don't know their products and how to remedy tech problems but can't speak English--that is becuase they don't know how, but also can't be understood when they speak! The last person I spoke to a Meeka, a supposed Escalation supervisor--doubtful--refused to answer the simple question--but then we were on tape--i.e.,Do you know Microsoft products?!!!! She also told me to go to the commnunity!!! But here's the list of all I spoke to @ Micorsoft who know nothing: Tajudeen, MEEKa, Payemi, Yemi, Emmanuel. So whatever you do, as the probelnm is NOT solved yet, do NOT buy Microsoft products because the latter doesn't support them because they are the worst!. read more

I have mental illness and it is very hard to use computers i know i don't use my email a lot but i use it for doctors and its not ok to lock me out. i have had 2 episodes over this and missed a doctors appointment any help would be appreciated but not expected. this is not ok. read more

Quick review breakdown! I was lucky enough to visit the Microsoft offices during a seminar for a few days. Why was I lucky, well first off it is right in the middle of times square, so that should headline everything. Secondly, its a pretty hip space and one that I would not mind performing my 9-5 duties in! Very clean, easy to navigate, and lots of tech to play with. The multiple offices we were occupying during our short stay were state of the art with all of the tech you would need for presentation needs, so there was never anyone asking for a specific cable or adapter. Security is pretty tight in this facility, so no sneaking past the guards in the lobby due to the key cards needed to get past an electronic gate. Would love to attend another seminar here in the future, as it was quite an experience, not to mention the ample amount of tasty options outside! read more

I abhor the Microsoft news feed for its gory headlines and content. I have attempted to personalize and shut off this type of news to no avail, and I just spent 25 minutes being transferred around by technicians and then hung up on. If I can't get this feed shut off, I'm cancelling all my Microsoft services, including Office 365. I do not want to see salacious, disturbing headlines about murdered children, bodies stuffed into duffel bags, people tortured, a grandmother murdered by being placed into a freezer as her bones break, people buried alive or other gore every time I turn on my computer. read more

This is one truly amazing building in Times Square!! I mean clearly I knew this building would be on the cutting edge of technology but upon entering I was incredibly impressed. There are flatscreen digital screens everywhere with awesome visuals. Upon checking in at the front desk/security, you receive a visitor's pass with a bar code. You then stick the visitor's pass into a digital turnstile & two metal bars fold down rather than having to uncomfortably walk through the rotating one at most arenas, venues, & subway stations. As you scan the card, it lights up an A, B, C, or D on the flat panel of the turnstile & informs you which elevator you will be taking because there is no option in choosing a floor inside the elevator. I have never been on an elevator that has no floor numbers (as seen in my pic). Pretty darn cool to be honest & great for safety measures so they can keep track of who is where in their building. Yes, big brother is watching you...he is watching us all but we all know that already. Might as well be safe than sorry in my book. Upon entering the floor you are on, there are more digital panels with cool imagery & advertisements for Microsoft. You push through gorgeous tinted thick glass doors & there is a self-service Starbucks coffee station, as well as various teas, as well as a water machine with ice available at the press of a button. In the refrigerator, every kind of % of milk & cream as well. The bathroom is gorgeous, sleek, & modern. The conference rooms are all named after Broadway Theaters on the 5th floor where my group was attending a professional development meeting for educators on Chancellor's Day. We were in the Winter Garden Room & it was a great size for our group & the chairs were extremely comfortable. The hallways & the area by the coffee/tea station are lined with modern tables & chairs for people to sit & eat or rest on their break & there were outlets everywhere, even in the middle of section of the couch which was perfect since I needed to charge my phone. I truly admire the craftsmanship of this building & would be pleased to return for another meeting in the future. read more

Can never get ahold of their support teams on your own terms. Every which way I found to contact them, even their primary support phone number (800) 642 7676, just points to the stupid service request form online so I can be ignored by staff that doesn't give a damn. I can't get ahold of anyone to fix a simple account lockout for my Son's account so it seems his only way forward is to make a new account. Thanks Microsoft, I'll make sure to think twice before assuming you have my back and tell others to do the same. I'd give a lower rating for a near-complete lack of quality customer-facing service, but this site doesn't allow for half or quarter star ratings. read more

If you like modern, corporate architecture, you'll love this building, which is a gorgeous example. I attended an event here with a host of social media dignitaries (including Pete Cashmore of Mashable), and the event space was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for mingling, Q&As, networking, eating, and card-swapping. read more

When I purchased a Surface bundle, including mouse, I was told faulty equipment would be replaced in the first year. COVID came. Retail locations closed. The mouse malfunctioned. Email exchanges with associates nearby directed me to central customer service. After an hour-long phone call with an associate who could not perform simple tasks, I was told they would send materials to make an exchange. Now I am getting messages badgering me for yet another picture of the mouse, the receipt, etc. They have record of my file and purchases. To make simple transactions difficult, rather than make a simple exchange as other retails would, is the Microsoft way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

Love my work building. The views are amazing from the upper floors and the balcony! Each floor has the same layout and is easy to navigate around. The open floor seating makes it easy converse with other people. Unfortunately, there is no cafeteria but there are plenty of places to eat around the city. They do have a small self-serve snack shop that is nice for quick pick me ups when you don't feel like heading out of the office. I also enjoy the espresso machines in the kitchen that offer lattes, cappuccinos, and chai tea. read more

I was invited to the Irvine Microsoft Technology Center to partake in a discussion about NextGen Collaboration with Surface Hub and Skype for Business. The receptionists in the lobby, as well the 8th floor, were professional and did their best to make check-ing in as seamless as possible. With that being said, there were a number of issues with other visitors' names not being in the system, which made getting through security somewhat of a hassle. The building itself is beautifully designed, and the space does an excellent job showing off Microsoft's newest technologies. read more

What a truly beautiful space. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking Times Square, and friendly staff. It is very impressive. If you get a chance to come see the center, I would highly suggest it. read more
