We spend more hours out of the day working than we do any other activity including sleep! As a professional Graphic Designer and entrepreneur, it is highly important that those productive hours are spent in an environment that produce both the energy and flow that will keep me motivated and inspired. In my line of work, I have explored a number of shared work spaces, but my favorite by far has been Workville. We all thrive for that feeling of loving your work so much that you never work a day in your life. That's what Workville feels like for me. It never actually feels like work when you're here, yet you accomplish so much! They have consciously designed the space to provide comfort and inspiration which by all accounts always feels welcoming and a recharge for my creative batteries! The space promotes a hip atmosphere and soothing ambiance cultivating a creative culture. It is filled with talented people from various industries, adorned with influential art pieces, thoughtful amenities and a massive outdoor deck which is highly coveted in the city. I'm not sure if it's any one of these things or culmination of all of them that creates an uplifting buzz throughout the office. I never question WHY it is, it's enough to KNOW it's there. And believe me, IT is alive and well here. I have made lasting friendships as well, which is a testament to the outstanding personnel that runs Workville. I started coming to WorkvilleNYC at the end of January 2017. After leaving Corporate America, I found this environment refreshing. Being that I am 40 and coming out of a 20 year career, it was quite intimidating to be surrounded by so many entrepreneurial spirits. This place was amazing! DJ was beyond spectacular accommodating our team with a last minute request for a conference room on a Sunday. He was friendly and on point providing us with all the information to ensure there were no delays for our leadership team. Now let's talk about the venue itself. Absolutely phenomenal! There are two floors with heaps of space for you to work. You get to choose whether you want to lounge, sit with a desk or in a private office, chill in the cafe section, or take in some sun at their wrap around terrace. Their conference room had everything you need to host a successful meeting. The chairs were super comfy for long meetings as well. I can't tell you how many co-working spaces lack this. I toured a bunch of different coworking spaces in midtown before deciding on WorkVille. The space is great and everyone, from the staff to other guests, were so warm and welcoming. When I first came in, I met Sue (President) and and D.J. (Co-founder). I asked Sue a bunch of different questions and she was really patient, kind, and informative. That's how it should be actually, but it wasn't my experience with the other spaces. I worked really late there and the overall work energy was really nice, the noise level was perfect, and everyone was respectful of each other. When D.J. was leaving, he checked in to make sure everything was going well. Plus the location is super convenient! I'm definitely coming back here!!! I just started a new business and have been using the Croissant App to hop around the city accessing different shared work spaces. My team and I have journeyed to about 6 - 8 different locations throughout the city and I have to say this space has turned out to be the perfect fit for us. It's conveniently located in the heart of the city with lots of room for small or large groups including an outdoor seated patio and several conferences rooms. The staff is fantastic, they make you feel like you're walking into an episode of 'Cheers' where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came! Last but not least, it's the little things like... I so appreciate the free tea, coffee and snacks. I rarely ever do Yelp reviews but felt the need today.I highly recommend Workville! read more

Workville has been by far the best work space I have been too. I have visited a few over the city but haven't found anything as great as Workville. The staff especially Sue & DJ are incredible. They make everyone feel like they are home. The facility is top notch with high speed internet, plenty of conference rooms and phone rooms and they are evening expanding to the floor above. They also have many events for you to meet investors as well as pitch your company if that is something that interests you. Workville cares about your business succeeding and doesn't see you as just another member. They take the time to get to know you and find ways to help you out. I have been renting Workville's office space for a while now and can certainly say this is simply the best in Manhattan. The staffs are extremely friendly and will go beyond their limits to satisfy any of your need and keep you happy. DJ and Sue are the most kind and friendly professionals you can ever meet. This spacious space has several outdoor terraces that I really enjoy ( it is non existence in Manhattan). The modern decoration, fast connectivity, snacks and drinks, clean environment, efficient telecommunication facilities are the extras in addition the their ever smiling faces. I started a small business just over one year ago. After working out of my apartment, coffee shops, and other workspaces in New York I found Workville. Not only is the staff professional and courteous, they have become friends. The amenities are incredible. Fresh coffee, Star's famous fruit water, and insanely reliable internet. Best co-working space in Manhattan! Very cool co-working space. the management team is accommodating and supportive - they litterally go out of their way to make sure you get what you need to make things happen for your company. The decor is honestly really nice and high-end - not the cheap ikea stuff at all! The terrace with view (OMG amazing!) is wonderful to get a 5min stress-free break. The offices have windows (not all) and are newly renovated so very modern space. the noise is very controlled so it is not an annoyingly loud space unlike some co-working spaces where acoustics were not thought through. There president and cofounder were exceptionally helpful and made my transition into the space seamless. Once I settled in they walked me around and introduced me to other startups inside their office. I made amazing business contacts which have led to revenue generated for my business. This is a great space made great not just by the space but the staff. They're attentive, always smile and ate always on top of issues. Of course what is attentive staff without the space? Having a wrap around balcony makes you feel like you're connected to the world. Picking up your head after a few hardcore coding sessions and looking out the window makes you feel sort of accomplished. Ever since I entered the space a few months ago, I fell in love with it! Aside from the modern decor and natural light, everything about this place scream energy. Whenever I walk through the front doors in the morning, I'm greeted with a big smile from the staff who are always eager to help me in any way possible. Love this co-working space! The space is gorgeous (tons of windows) and the staff is incredibly nice. You have the option of large cafe-style tables, couches, several outdoor terraces, or the standard long tables. I love the cafe tables for meetings. Plenty of plugs, reliable and speedy internet. Kitchen space with fridge and sink, clean, with regular or fruited water on tap. Always clean bathrooms, the maintenance staff is excellent and friendly!
