Added my son's girlfriend on as authorized and she goes to the store and they can't pull her up in the system and tell me to call customer service because it's their policy. I said well let me just authorize her over the phone like seriously they can't even look it up in their computer and see that I called and I did authorize her now they're telling me to call customer service to authorize her because it's their policy. And I can't authorize her over the phone. I asked to speak to the manager. She said the manager is not there find out that she is an intern seriously making interns work without managers !
