This was the first time I had done something like this. So you can imagine I had so many questions! Diana didn't prey on the fact that I was clueless in order to make another sale. Diana sensed my nervousness and instead, called me and thoroughly answered ALL of my questions. At no point in this conversation did she try to convince me to go along with her services, rather she put me at ease and made me comfortable. This is why I decided to pursue Diana with my virgin brows. She is genuine and trustworthy. Diana is so knowledgeable about the history, products, and process of her services, it is undeniable that she loves what she does. I wanted to have natural-looking brows and I could not have been happier with Diana's work! I adore how my brows turned out and received so many compliments. I have been recommending Diana to everyone and will continue to do so! thank you Diana!!!
I gotta say I was really nervous getting my eyebrow microblading work done. But Diana really made me feel like I was in good hands. When I first reached out I informed her of the type of work I was interested in. She didn't immediately say yes. Instead she requested that I take a test to see if microblading was a good fit for my skin type. This was already a good sign for me because it showed she didn't just want my money. She truly wanted me to be happy with what I paid for. She explained the different skin types and why some work better for this than others. I THANKFULLY passed the test and we scheduled a consultation appointment. In the consultation she gave me a run down of her career journey, her experience, how her technique has changed over the months and why, things she's learned from her own clients and her mentors, things to look out for, what a good job versus a bad job looks like and why, the types of inks she uses, the entire process and what to expect. When I say Diana is thorough, it's an understatement. But this is a huge service you're paying for because it's your face. You can't afford a bad job because it will truly be devastating. So I appreciated all the insight she provided because it really made me feel like I had made the right decision. I went through with the service and I AM IN LOVE WITH HER WORK. I can't get over how good they came out. I tell EVERYONE who I went to and why they need to go to her too. She's simply a Godsend and I am forever thankful to have crossed paths.
I've waited over a year to get my eyebrows done by Diana and it was worth the wait. I had a baby a year ago and had to wait until I stopped nursing. I was so excited to get them done because being a mom of 3 it's a challenge trying to get ready all the time. Diana did not disappoint at all! I went in knowing nothing about permanent making up and coming out learning all these cool things. Diana really took her time explaining all the different types of brow techniques and gave me her honest opinion about which one I should go with. I love my brows!!! They came out looking so natural and perfect! No one even noticed I had got them done and that's the best part. On top of that her studio was so cute and super clean!! I'm very happy with them and looking forward to my 2nd treatment.
I found out about Micro Beauty Mark a year ago on social media and did my research. I only wish that I had done my brows back then, what stopped me from getting them done was that I was scared not only for the pain but I was not sure how they would turn out, and your face is the first thing people see so if you do not like the results it is not anything that you can hide. I finally decided to call Diana and get some information from her and OMG she was so nice and knowledgeable she knew everything about skincare and took her time to explain to me what I needed to know, once I talked to her I knew that this was my go-to person, so I scheduled an appt with her and sent her $100 deposit to book my appointment. She explained that she would dedicate the entire time needed to do my brows she only books one patient at a time to ensure she is not rushing to get you out. Once I arrived she had me fill out paperwork and we discussed my needs and what I wanted to accomplish, my brows were thin and I wanted them thicker and fuller, so I decided to get the Nano Strokes combo, once she started she did a test to see if I needed for her to numb me, but I felt no pain so numbing was not needed for me. Diana has a very light and gentle touch, she is very professional and very clean, she also plays good music that relaxes you, she would not let me see my brows until she was done with both and OMG the results I fell in love with the new look. She gave me the exact look that I was looking for and then some, my family and friends love the new me and they all say that I look much younger. Diana gave me a care-at-home kit and scheduled me to come back for my touch-up appointment the care kit explains to you day by day what to expect as far as the healing process, trust the process in the end the results are the best. Please don't hesitate to go to Diana she is the best, and she treats you like family or a friend that she has known forever. Thank you Diana I am very happy with my brows you are the best.

Micro Beauty Mark Looking in the mirror and I see my eyebrows and I know I should embrace the naturalness of my appearance but I've always had issues with my eyebrows. Growing up and not feeling comfortable with my brows and when it comes to filling them in when doing my makeup, I feel lost on where to begin. I've drawn in my eyebrows in every way and always ended up wiping them off and doing it all over again. I would ask my sister to draw them in because she was so good at it. It made me feel confident and beautiful. When the day end and before bedtime I'm off to the bathroom wiping them away feeling discouraged and until next time. When I saw MBM and Diana went through all the explanations and the difference between micro blading and shading etc... on her social media, I dug a little deeper and the break down of it all. I was excited to reach out to her and voiced to her about my brows and how I felt insecure and not feeling confident. Diana broke it down like science and gave me hope. The process was so detailed from phone consultation to in person brow mapping. Diana explained every step during my procedure and even asked if I wanted a break. It was a beautiful art. She's so passionate in what she does and being able to help me with my issue and educating me. I was able to build confident and I saw the joy in my brows and being able to smile with my brows. Look no further! Diana is such a talented & passionate PMU artist who takes pride in her work. I love that she treat her clients as if we're her family member or close friends. She's transparent, genuine, funny, definitely a people person. Her studio is always kept clean/sanitized, informative, takes her time to answer any question (you don't feel rushed) I was really nervous going in with my virgin eyebrows but she made me feel at ease & less nervous. She explained step by step, from color and shape to the healing process. Diana made me feel welcoming and comfortable from the minute I first walked in to her office. She managed to correct my previously worked on brows that I hated and transformed them. She's made my life much easier and it has made me gain my confidence back! Omg, I love Diana's work! She is an amazing PMU artist and her work is amazing. She is extremely professional and so knowledgeable. She takes her time and explains every process and the importance of after care. Not many PMU's take on previous work, but I am so glad that Diana fix my brows, but most important didn't turn me down. Diana truly made me feel comfortable and made sure all of my questions were answered. The process was painless and my brows turned out amazing. I am so grateful I found her and I highly recommend her.

The top picture was taken on Thursday Nov 12, 2020 before microblading. My microblading appointment was on Wednesday December 13, 2020. The second picture was taken Sunday January 13, 2021, one month after my first microblading appointment. The bottom/last picture was taken today Monday May 3, 2021 (my second microblading appointment was Monday January 18, 2021)...it's been 15 weeks since my second microblading appointment. I'm in love with my eyebrows. Diana is very professional. I found her through fb. I reached out to her with many questions, which she answered she was always very kind and knowledgeable. On my first appointment we spent a lot of time talking about what I desired, she asked me questions, I filled out a questionnaire, she mapped out my eyebrows, before she began applying any pigmentation she asked if I was happy. Diana is an amazing person she really cares about her clients and treats them like family. Me and my mom found her on Instagram my mom loved her eyebrows Diana did such a great job that all my aunties and my uncles wife ended up getting their eyebrows done by her. They all loved the results they were exactly what they wanted .She is very professional and passionate about her job. She will not do anything unless you approve. Diana is very detailed with her work she will make sure you understand the entire process and will answer all your questions without any hesitation.
