Feel free to eat from their regular menu, and simply choose to sit in the wine bar. For me, it's a much better ambiance than the restaurant itself. If you're interested in a good view; however, try the rooftop above Captain Ratty's. It's not technically part of the wine bar, but you can order from their wine menu. Don't leave without trying a cheese plate or truffle fries. They give a generous portion of cheeses that can be shared with at least three or four people. The oysters were steamed to perfection, the clams were not dried out, the shrimp was perfectly seasoned with Old Bay and red onions and the crab legs were not dried out. What I am trying to say is, the seafood was fresh and not pre-cooked. It was cook to order. Our waiter was awesome. Even though the restaurant was packed full, he paid attention to our needs. Our glasses never got empty. He kept our table cleared by replacing the shell bucket without asking. We really appreciate the customer service.
