"Cannot fault" Yesterday we had our wedding at Mick Osheas With a stunning garden ceremony and warm reception in the function room. We cannot thank Mary and the team enough for everything they did for us. The food was absolutely perfect! Not 1 issue at all Staff were so friendly, even offering to buy us a drink. I left all the decorating set up the the staff with the instruction. 'Set it up how you feel looks best' and it was beyond my expectation. The venue takes on so much for your special day letting you sit back and absorb every second! Some guests and ourselves stayed at the venue for the night and the rooms are very modern and clean. The spa was a nice touch at the end of a long day With everything included it is extremely budget friendly and will be recommending to everyone! Irish Pub in Adelaide. Went here for dinner, not bad over all. Staff were nice and attentive drinks weren't too expensive and the food was good just seemed to lack a bit of atmosphere compared to some of the other Irish pubs I've frequented. read more

Loved our visit. Sat outside in your beer garden. Very relaxing. Staff very attentive without being in your face. Service with a smile. Cocktail menu very good as well as your al a carte menu. Went for dinner on a Friday evening with a group of friends and we were all very happy with the menu choices. Large serves too - some of us weren't able to finish our meal but staff were happy to pack leftovers into takeaway containers for us. Live music from The Fab Two - had the dance floor filled up in no time! If you don't mind an early meal, many of the dishes are half price between 5 and 6pm Monday to Thursday - bargain! Mick O sheas is a great irish pub that I have dined at a few times. They have a great menu that stretches beyond just pub grub and the place is very well decorated. I have had a few nice meals here like a Cottage Pie however there is one stand out dish which is the fish and chips. I know it sounds silly to have the best fish and chips that I have ever eaten to be in an Irish pub, however it was amazing. The menu is great and there are a lot of nice dishes. read more

Kareoke night baby!! I had volunteer air guitarists and everything, but beware, single females, if one manages to make eye contact with you they will jump in their car and follow you home. This happened to me because a darling friend of mine told some creep I was interested, I had to get another male friend to pretend to be my dad. Crazy nights at Mick O'Shea's. I haven't eaten here but I have drunken. Its a nice bar, very Irishy indeed, I love those old dark wood pubs with the little hidey hole booths, it's a nice touch for getting up to mischief. The bar staff are really nice and the locals are quick to make friends with you and be your air guitarist on kareoke night, which I think is a Thursday but don't hold me to that. read more

Simply only rating a one for the modern room. However, I was not informed until check in about a band playing, I checked the website after check in and it said midnight finish. But the live band played VERY loud until 1am and then loud music by either a DJ or IPod continued to play VERY loud until 2am!!!! The people paying for accomodation are paying more than people at the pub yet it seems the first priority is the customers at the pub. There was continuous noise throughout the whole night. Both my husband and toddler got an hour of sleep if we were lucky. I understand you are running a pub but the least you could do is lower the noise and not play past midnight if you're going to have accomodation so close. Not what we wanted after a day at a wedding in scorching heat. We came back to cool down, relax and sleep. For us it was a complete waste of time and would have been better going home straight after. I work in hotels and I was extremely disappointed with Mick OSheas, nothing like advertised and no respect for their accomodation guests. Will be ensuring I let people know that I do not recommend Mick OSheas at all. read more

Menu is updated and still has some old favourites as well as some new additions, the portions are very generous. The dessert menu offers dishes such as Eton mess, which I did not sample as the main course was of a generous portion as mentioned. There are a good variety of cocktails and beers to be had at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is family orientated with the pokies well away from the dining area. read more
