Guests asked where I had gotten them and planned on checking the place out. They also made some absolutely adorable cookies to go with the shower theme for the guests to take home with them. They were individually wrapped and so adorably decorated. They were also delicious. (I forgot to take a picture before people started taking them so the giraffe is missing.) Once we mentioned we were there for AmazeCo, the employee helping us initially tried to hand us someone else's order even after we gave our name. We explained that one person in our group cannot eat pork and asked if there was any possibility of exchanging an item, especially since every other stop on the AmazeCo experience was accommodating of dietary restrictions. The response we received was simply, "That sucks," with no attempt to help or offer an alternative. The lack of customer service and professionalism really left a bad impression, especially considering the positive experiences we had everywhere else that day.
