He also offered a package deal for future cleanings. The carpets came out great and he also informed me that he can steam our tile floor. I will be calling him back out in a few months to prep for the holidays. I feel that the price I paid for the quality of work that was done, was fair and honest. I would certainly recommend Orlando and Stanley Steemer of Macomb. The only thing that may be of concern to some was the timeframe. We had a six hour window (12p-6p) as an arrival window. That seemed a bit excessive, but I was notified 30 minutes prior to his arrival that he was on the way. Overall very satisfied.

I've been waiting all morning and no call, no show. After noon I called to learn they were off on lunch and would be heading back out around 12:45. I've wasted a lot of time waiting. This is my third time using this company and I haven't been impressed yet so this will also be my last. Edit- they finally showed up at 12:45. They were so late that I could not stay through their completion and when I returned home I found the carpet was still as dirty as before they started. While they are coming back, it's another day I have to be home. I'm buying a home machine to do this myself going forward.

Our house included 2 bedrooms, 1 hallway, 2 stairs, and a basement for $300. We had a pet stain and marks in the carpet from our furniture. They said they could get out the pet stain and the carpet marks. The stain was gone, but the marks in the carpet from the beds and dresser remained. I didn't see the carpets before they left because they told me my feet would leave behind prints on the wet carpets. Normally, I would call and bring them back to correct, but we had photos scheduled at the house the next morning. They also told me it would take 2 hours, but were there for around 40 minutes. They raised through and didn't do the best job.
