They made big mistakes with my insurance, overcharging me $2500 and taking 6 months to get my money back. They fought with me. Thieves. They said they would send batteries but they need that program and never sent me any. Even during Covid, when everyone needed it the most. Bought the top line, best ones. They are horrible. Powers off for no reason. Many issues. Had to send them back for warranty exchange in the first 2 years. I stopped in for batteries and some unknown worker took my hearing aids. He brought them back and they weren't right. He told me he did nothing. I noticed he changed the ear locks and tips. I didn't want this done. He didn't ask. The hearing aids haven't worked the same since. Went back a week later and everyone keeps saying he didn't change anything. BS ! I have to turn the volume to max to hear anything. Wasn't like this before. They totally screw up your hearing aids and never take blame. No fix. No results. You will get a lot of calls harassing you. I posted a review on Google and they won't stop calling. I blocked them. Read the other review. That Dr isn't here. They have standard testing equipment, nothing state of the art. The doctor doesn't update computers, this is a hearing testing and hearing aid place. Not a computer repair center.
