I had all kinds of headaches and vertigo and no ENT could solve my issues. I was finally pointed to Dr Rosner and he examine me and said, I don't think it's your ears or sinuses. I think it's your EYES. He was right. I had astigmatism and needed a prism. He saved my life! If you have a real issue, he knows his stuff! Will forever be grateful!

I also informed him that she was on multiple psychiatric medications, and that her psychiatric providers expressed concern about combining stimulants with her mental-health meds. Despite several notifications and documentation from her psychiatric treatment team, I did not see any reassessment of her stimulant prescription or coordination with her mental-health providers. She is now hospitalized for the second time this year and her medication conflicts are part of what her inpatient team is addressing. I'm sharing this so other families understand how important it is to advocate strongly when someone has complex psychiatric needs.

Big advertising though!…read moreI left her Services because a) I was not told that wax in my ear would not allow for a hearing aid without it being removed so would b) asymmetrical hearing i.e.both ears have substantially different hearing losses - especially. when it comes to word recognition. A smart technician at lo and behold Costco told me this. She did a 1 1/2 hour hearing test on me and refused to sell me a hearing aid after she discovered b. Hinderliter sold me hearing aids (which didn't work) after only 1/2 hour quickie of a test. Yes, all is spic and span and smiling there - but: is that a priority? It costs S350 to make a good hearing aid - so you can calculate Hinderliter's profit margins! Do ask questions!!!
