He offered to revise mine at like 7 months. I'm sure he would have charged BCN another $$,$$$. A revision at 7 months sounded...like a red flag. And it was. Revisions shouldn't be done until around 1 year PO. I end up having to pay a competent surgeon, not him, 30k to fix his many mistakes. I still will have lifelong issues because he performed a alarplasty I didn't consent to and removed columella skin (no rhino surgeon should ever do this.) Avoid like you life depends on it.

I really wish I had read the Google reviews online prior to seeing her, as I've now found a couple Google reviews specifically calling Kristina Gojcaj out for her behavior. Please do yourself a favor, look up Lakeshore ENT Rochester and scroll down through the reviews to see what people have written about her. I honestly don't understand how people like her work in healthcare. I didn't feel like I had to spend my entire day at the office. The doctor really heard me out. listened to what I had to say. The Dr gave me a hearing pressure test to make sure my hearing was ok and I really appreciated that and all the medical staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend this location.
