She was friendly, customer service oriented, and welcoming. I filled out the new patient paper work and waited. The physician called me back & was welcoming too. He introduced himself and had me sit on the exam chair. He immediately noticed I have some facial hair (which, what woman is proud of that?! It's embarrassing to be very honest!) and told me he knows I have PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) even though I do not. He mentioned I must have underlying hormone issues & how his philosophy is to treat from the 'inside' out. He asked about my health and fitness which I did state I've lost a significant amount of weight and was on my own health & weight loss journey. He was very much acting like 'Macho Man' by explaining his diet, fitness & health approach which I have nothing against but I'm not here for that. I'm here for the Peel I won. I know I'm still considered over weight, I know my skin is no where near perfect, I know I have acne and I've had it for years. I consider myself a new mom still (2 years later) and I haven't had a facial or have had anything nice and rewarding for myself in awhile. I was looking forward to this and even more in the future! But I would never go back. I do not believe he even did the Obagi Blue Peel on me. I honestly feel he did some sort of other acne treatment or small peel? I really have no idea. This maybe took 15-18 minutes total, and the rest of the time was him talking. This is not worth $125. I've spent $65-$85 on a facial at a Spa before to be there an hour, with neck and shoulder massage added, feeling relaxed and refreshed with the intent of returning. Nothing on my face was Blue (which the Obagi Blue Radiance Peel should be. Google it)! I was informed of products I should purchase and peels I should do in a few months to get all brand new skin, etc. I asked, 'So my skin should start peeling?'
