I waited for assistance while the store made repeated announcements, but no one ever showed up. I even went to the pharmacy counter twice to ask for help and was turned away both times. The store wasn't busy, so there was no reason for the delay. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I left and went to CVS across the street and finished my purchase in just a few minutes. I understand the need to lock up merchandise, but there has to be staff available to assist customers. Otherwise, it just drives people out of the store. After 30 years as a customer, this experience makes me seriously reconsider where I do my business.

It will finally ring and boom, they put you on hold again. Every time I call here I get a COMPLETELY different answer from each 'pharmacist'. Never dealt with such an incompetent, unprofessional staff. Is this place short staffed? New hires constantly or what? No management overseeing crew? What is going on?? This is a medical pharmacy! Someone should really take the reins here, um, WALGREENS!!

The staff seems apologetic blaming the Vendors and I complain Multiple times they don't stock enough but NOTHING gets done about it and it seems to me the 23 to 40 dollars A DAY I spend this particular establishment isn't appropriated. I go out of my way to write good reviews on places I frequent but this just posses me off to no end I have to BEG A STORE to carry the things I buy. Now as a business owner myself If I offered a service to my clients then told them I could perform that very service I offered for WHATEVER reason , how long do you think I would stay in business. I have given this place MULTIPLE chances but it seems my 200 dollars a week isn't the least bit valued by management.

We had just had food at the taco shop across the street, so this was on the way back. The hubby and I needed waters, red bull, etc, for our room, so we picked up the items here. For water, we got Crystal Geyser - 24 pack for $6.49. Also grabbed some cough drops, soda, etc. One of my girlfriends is a wine drinker, so she picked up a bottle of wine. Pricing at Walgreens is better than hitting up the convenience store at the hotel, so even if it's pricey compared to home, it's still a better deal. Earlier, the hub's cousin stopped by and grabbed us a bottle of liquor. I've frequented other Walgreens on the strip and they always carry Monkey Shoulder. For a scotch, it is fairly priced, so we always grab for the room while on vacay. Unfortunately, their scotch selection here was not that varied. Later, when I picked them up, with great anticipation, I was confused. Is it bah humbug Scrooge or was I Punk'ed? I looked at them in the car and had a different families's Christmas card (see pic below) that also had an "S" last name....!!! I was dashing around & came to a screeching standstill! I really hated waiting behind 10 people in line just to tell them that my card got switched with this other families'. So of course, I can make another card. I think I'll just put 2026 on it and get it ready way early for 11 months from now.... Waited in line again, new lady said the cash price and discount price were the same and she couldn't help because they billed it already. Clearly billed incorrectly and I was overcharged by Walgreens. To give you an idea....without insurance on Amazon pharmacy for the exact same medication $13.90 and with insurance $13.35......Walgreens $125.89. Switching pharmacies immediately!!!!
