They have extremely high cleaning standards, the facility is so well cared for, and the staff and teachers made this place a home away from home. Our son started in the infant program at 8 months and transitioned to the toddler room. Every single teacher, even the teachers who were for other rooms, were loving and kind and supportive. The love of the entire staff is clear as day. Ms Andrea, ms Diona, and ms Nallely are absolute gems. I can't express how much I appreciate the care they've given our son. He has absolutely flourished at this school. I had heard about Montessori and thought the concept was great, but seeing how much our son grew here, I'm a hard believer in this program. He has such a sense of community, caring for his environment, compassion for the other children and is so eager to learn new things. I would love to say that all came from me but I can honestly say all I do is my best to support what he learns at school. And I haven't even mentioned the administration. Lisa, Juliette, and Abbie are always so helpful and warm. Lisa is incredibly knowledgeable and she and I chatted with our son's teachers many times to help give us guidance on how to walk through hard transitions like moving to toddler room and with our most recent move out of the area. Everyone was on the same page about how he was doing and what would help him. The communication here really made me feel supported as a mom and I knew nothing was lost in translation. I wish we could have stayed here longer and I wish I could just take all these amazing people with us. This program and especially this school is the best of the best. Thank you LePort Montessori West Park for all you've done for our family.

As parents, it gives us great peace of mind knowing how well he is cared for throughout the day. They keep us updated on our child's day through the daily reports on the parent portal. The facility is very clean and inviting. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and intentional about nurturing each child's development. And there are regularly scheduled events for parents to attend to learn about how to help do this at home. One thing that really stands out is how personal the care feels--every teacher and staff member knows our son by name, even those who aren't directly in his classroom. It truly feels like a community that cares about the children and their families. We're so grateful to have found a place where our son is happy, engaged, and supported in his growth.

They are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, and they've always treated our girls with so much care. Our daughters have learned SO much during their time at Childtime. It's been really special to watch them grow, make friends, and learn new things every day. We've been impressed with how much their teachers have taught them and how much effort they put into making learning fun. We are grateful for all of the teachers and staff who have been part of our girls' lives over the past few years. We've had such a positive experience that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Childtime to anyone looking for a school/daycare. I'm genuinely confused how a daycare that used to have around a 3-star rating could suddenly jump…read moreto 4.5 stars in such a short period of time. Did the leadership change? During the time my child attended this school, they were getting hurt almost daily -- including scratches on the arms or face and bruises on the body. When I asked the teachers, they would apologize but often say they didn't know when or how it happened. On one occasion, when I picked up my child, she was still bleeding, and no first aid had been provided. That was extremely concerning. What concerns me even more is that although there are cameras, the teachers often take the children to areas that seem to be out of camera view, making it impossible to verify what actually happened. Given this experience, I find it hard to understand how the school is now receiving such high ratings, especially when most of the positive reviews appear to be very recent. It does make me question the authenticity of those reviews.

Where do I even begin... and how can I put in to words how much we have loved our time at ICDC?…read more My daughter joined ICDC at just 10 months old and she's been lucky enough to call ICDC her home away from home for the last 4 YEARS! My daughter was one of the luckiest kids to have been in all of the classrooms - Infant Room, Toddler Room, Pre-1, Pre-2 and Pre-3. We've been able to meet/experience all of wonderful teachers and staff who truly make the place special. And it's no wonder so much of the staff has dedicated 5,10...20 years of their careers to ICDC and teaching & caring for our future generations. They truly care about the kids social-emotional and educational development! They have lesson plans, help the children gain independence and have lots of hands on learning experiences inside the classroom and also with off site Field Trips. They even have a yoga instructor come in every Monday to do yoga session with each of the older classrooms!! How cute is that? ICDC is truly special in all that they do, they have little events like: Mother's Day Picnic, Donuts with Dad, Holiday Family Pajama Breakfast, Spirit Week and much much more! They really do a great job giving families the opportunity to be involved with the school and my biggest advice is to 100% participate in all that you can. Attend all the events, volunteer for teacher appreciation week, go to the fundraisers, attend back to school night, and build community within ICDC in any way that you can. Again, I can't say enough kind words to truly convey our experience with them these last 4 years, but the time has come for my daughter to start elementary school. I am so thankful for the foundation in education, confidence, kindness, and care that ICDC has given her. She walked into the center every day with a smile on her face, and that gave me so much peace as a parent. Choosing a daycare is one of the hardest decisions you'll make, but from my experience, choosing ICDC was the BEST decision I could have made. I trusted them with the care of my only child, and in return they gave me so much more than I ever expected... They gave her a safe place to grow, lifelong friendships, confidence, unforgettable memories, and a genuine love of learning. They also gave me the priceless gift of knowing my daughter was loved, supported, and cared for every single day. We will forever be grateful to be a part of the ICDC family, and although we're moving on to elementary school, I know this place will always hold a special place in our hearts. I hope that if you find this review and are lucky to also call ICDC home, that you will love it as much as we did!

The teachers we encountered are great and I am forever grateful for them. My son started off in the babies room and we chose it cause it was (at the time) the only school that allowed me to come in and continue to breastfeed my baby during my lunch break. Apparently, before COVID that was rare. My kids returned a year after COVID and going to a different preschool for a brief moment. They loved their teachers. To this day- these teachers are among their favorite Ms. Shakina, Ms. Lorraine, Ms. Cece and Ms. Evelyn. They have all taken the time to work with our children, prepared them for Kindergarten and gave them the space to thrive and grow in a loving environment. Class sizes are small and they get the attention they need. They also serve nutritious and delicious breakfast, lunch and snack for the children and accommodated to allergies. They ate a variety of food beside peers which made them adventurous to try new foods. Mr. Michael's music program is amazing and my kids took piano lessons during school hours. They also had soccer shots program during school hours (which set the foundation for my son to get into club soccer). My niece who also attended did dance and gymnastics at the school during school hours. Twice a year they hold a musical performance and throughout the year, families would be invited back for multiple festivals including ones that show off the child's work. Almost once a month there was some type of event. The older kids also have field trips to sing at the local retirement homes. Here I know exactly where our money is going and appreciate how it's being used. Childcare nowadays is so expensive and knowing how they are spending the money makes you appreciate their leadership. We are grateful to have children who are alumni in this school.

Unfortunately, after 4 years of our son attending SACC, I have to update my review. I'm not going…read moreto go into the full details here because it's a personal matter. But it's important to note that we had fantastic experiences with the TEACHERS. This 1 star review is for the admin staff. This school is not equipped to handle children who might need a bit of extra support with neurodiversity or behavior struggles. The admin staff put in the bare minimum effort. While here, we had the following happen: - Admin staff recorded a video of our child having a meltdown as if he was on display instead of intervening, and they sent it to us via their app. - The office space where the admin staff works looks like a hoarder lives there, and they bring children back there if they need to regulate or need time away from their classroom. This area is not child proof at all, and when my son threw a marble it shattered their monitor and we ended up paying almost $1000 out of pocket to replace it. When we asked for the old monitor so we could try to fix it, they didn't reply. - We had our contract terminated with zero warning, while we were out of town. We were given a 2 week notice to scramble to find new care. We were told that our son was moved to a new classroom as "a final option" but that was never told to us. We had no idea that we were at risk of his care being terminated. Our child was devastated. The teachers also told us that they were NOT informed that this was going to happen. If our child needs extra support (beyond what we already did such as obtain an IEP and send him to ECLC for extra help 3 hours a day) we understand, but the communication was disgusting and disrespectful of the 4 years of time our son has been there. I wrote up a long response to them and it also was ignored. In talking with their contracted behavioral consultant, she agreed that this school does not offer adequate support for children who need extra help with age-appropriate behavior struggles such as the need to regulate their bodies, inability to sit and focus for long periods of time, issues with transitioning between activities, or kids who don't want to nap. If you've got a perfect angel kid and the admin never needs to get involved, SACC is fine. But they're in desperate need of new admin staff. There's a reason they haven't been full for a very long time. I fully expect they'll reply here and misconstrue the truth, and I'm not going to be baited into replying. Just consider I spent $100,000 of my money here and still return with a 1 star. My son is now thriving at a new school, and surprise - he's never missed his bus. They love him and he's had zero behavior issues at his new school in the 6 weeks he's been there.

From day one, I was impressed with how well-organized and caring this daycare is! One of the standout features is the app they use for sign-in, which keeps parents updated throughout the day with pictures, activity descriptions, and insights into how each activity promotes development and learning. They also send out a monthly newsletter detailing the curriculum and upcoming activities. While this location doesn't provide full meals, they do offer milk at lunchtime and are a nut-free facility. They offer different schedules such as part-time, full time, and after-school care (including pick-up from some local schools). They also accept subsidized payment from county programs as well! The manager, Susana, is absolutely wonderful--always kind, attentive, and ready to address any questions or concerns. It's clear that she takes a genuine, personal interest in the children, families, and teachers, ensuring that the facility runs smoothly and that every child is well cared for. Safety and communication are top priorities at AIL. Whenever my son had a minor accident--whether it was rough play with friends or an accidental bump--the teachers immediately called me, documented the incident with a photo, applied ice if needed, and reassured me that he was in great hands. They also made a point to provide updates at pickup, letting me know if he had a great day or if there was anything he struggled with. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Fabi, Ms. Pam, and Ms. Aissa the most, and I can confidently say that every teacher at AIL is dedicated, hardworking, and truly invested in the children's well-being. Ms. Aissa typically hands off my son to me at the end of the day and by her communication it's clear she is incredibly observant and takes the time to understand the children's unique personalities and needs. Ms. Pam and Ms. Fabi are equally amazing--both are extremely communicative, patient, and supportive, especially during the potty-training stage. They made the process so much easier for my son and me, offering consistent guidance, encouragement, and reminders throughout the day. Their support was invaluable, and I always felt like we were a team in helping him succeed. When your child spends most of their day at daycare, having peace of mind is priceless--and AIL provides just that. The teachers genuinely care for each child as an individual, making sure they are not only safe but also learning, growing, and having fun every day. I highly recommend Adventures in Learning to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their child!
