I feel so thankful to have found Paradise Kids. We've been sending our son since he was 6 months old, and it was nerve-wracking to leave him say the least. But our son has been there almost a year now, and he has thrived since he has been in Marjan and Ms. Niharika's care. 1. The moment we toured Paradise Kids we loved the cozy, clean room and outside play area. We happened to visit at lunch, and 7 kids were eating calmly and happily looking at us, 4 in high chairs. How?? Are they magicians? I was very impressed with the care each one was receiving and clearly there was a great routine in place for so many kids to be orderly. 2. And speaking of lunch, all meals are nutritious and prepared by the caregivers. They are offered lots of fruits and vegetables with different proteins. My son lovesss eating there. One downside is that my bland cooking is no match for the food at daycare so I've had to step it up at home. 3. We toured several OC daycares and went with an in-home daycare because we wanted a smaller facility. We were told by our friends that when our son starts daycare we should expect him to be sick all the time. He has been sick a few times but nothing serious and definitely not often. I attribute it to the small number of toddlers and Marjan's clean home (and his regular vaccines of course). As I said before, my son is thriving and loves seeing his friends and teachers. It wasn't my choice to send him so young, but as it is I am so thankful for Marjan and Ms. Niharika for treating him with so much love and care. My husband and I had been searching desperately for childcare, wherein we could entrust our then 11 month old son, and happened to come across Paradise Kids via Yelp. We got to tour and speak with the owner, Ms. Marjan, and quickly came to peace of mind when we saw the set up and the kids + Ms. Marjan and Ms. Niharika, her associate, interacting with each other in the backyard during playtime. Safety (and trust) was of course our number one priority, but beyond that, Ms. Marjan sealed the deal with the wealth of information she shared on how she runs her in-home daycare. We left the meeting/tour feeling like there were no unanswered questions, and confident that our son would be in the best care between Ms. Marjan and Ms. Niharika. Throughout our time together, Ms. Marjan was flexible, understanding and attentive to details/a great listener. Accommodations were made to adhere to Luca's specific dietary needs, and we knew from Luca's afternoon bowel movements that he was chowing down his daycare provided meals (mostly organic and all homemade!). Though our time was short, we're so lucky to have found this gem - organized and structured, but also with lots of room and encouragement for creativity, which allowed our son to grow and thrive! Paradise Kids is truly a paradise, and we feel everything was done in the best interest of our little boy. He has made new friends, flourished in his milestones - walking and talking, and created priceless memories here. My daughter started at Paradise Kids when she was just 6 months old, and as a first time mom I was so nervous about daycare and whether she would be truly cared for. But as soon as I met Marjan, I knew this was the right place because she was so warm, kind, and genuine. We are beyond grateful to have found Marjan and Nihirika. Our daughter, Leia, was at this daycare for about a year. By the end of it, she speaks of Miss Marjan, Miss Niharika and the other teachers with warmth and pride when she says 'Marjan showed it to me' or 'Marjan gave me a stamp'. Hehe, she appears to eat well, saying 'more please', and always goes and comes back happy. We were really happy with this place and are only leaving because we are moving to another city. My son has been attending since he was 2 years old and is now 4. He's truly happy when he gets to school as he really enjoys his time here. He's taught a wide range of topics and will be well prepared for kindergarten next year. Marjan makes learning fun for the children. For example, she used a live caterpillar kit to teach them about the different stages butterflies go through. Marjan's at-home facility provides a clean and organized indoor environment along with a well-maintained backyard for outdoor activities. Marjan herself is patient, honest, and sincerely caring. I recall when my son fell ill during school and needed to be picked up. When I arrived and looked through the window, he wasn't sitting and waiting there by himself. Marjan was actually holding and comforting my son on her lap while waiting for me to arrive. As parents, we know how challenging it can be to trust your children with someone else. My first born has been attending since he was 9 months old and my second born since he was 3 months old. My oldest will be 4 soon and my youngest is 19 months. My oldest has learned so much from school and they touch on a range of topics from healthy food groups, different animal habitats, emotions and more. He knows his alphabet, can count up to 20, and has learned to do simple addition and subtraction. I wish I could take the credit, but he learned it all from school. The at home daycare is led by loving instructors that practice emotional regulation. Before enrolling I asked for a contact of a parent whose child was currently enrolled. When I connected with her, she advised she was strictly seeking a Montessori for her son. She visited all the Montessori facilities and other facilities in Irvine (twice!) and landed on this one. That was to get me to enroll. I have no regrets. I can't speak higher of this daycare facility. read more

I don't know where to start! My first born started here at 8 months old. We were overwhelmed with child care options and we actually landed on Paradise Kids by accident. The minute we met Ms. Marjan we enrolled the same day. When you know, you know. The instant comfort we felt was powerful. This daycare is absolutely wonderful. My baby started talking, walking, running, learning numbers and shapes, within a few months! We were amazed. Everyday when we arrive, my baby starts shrieking with excitement and runs to the door to greet Ms. Marjan and her team with big hugs. My daughter started at Paradise Kids when she was only 17 months old, and it was her first time being away from me. At the beginning, we both went through a difficult time due to separation anxiety，but Marjan was incredibly supportive throughout this transition.She was very caring and constantly updated me on her status there, letting me know when she was sleeping, had lunch, or was playing with toys. This greatly helped me get through the transition period. Marjan was also very attentive in helping my daughter settle in smoothly. Paradise kids is an absolutely wonderful daycare and I highly recommend it. Marjan and her assistant have provided an extremely caring, engaging, and educationally enriching environment for my son since day one. I can see that all of the children cared for are treated as if they are her own. Marjan did a fantastic job helping us integrate our son into daycare as well, so that he didn't have anywhere near the "cold turkey" adaptation experience we were concerned he might have starting at a daycare. The flexibility with when we can pick up and drop off our son is also very helpful. The child to caregiver ratio is also smaller than you would typically see in a commercial daycare setting, allowing for better one-on-one and quality interactions with children. She has been going there for a year and it took her less than a week to be comfortable going there everyday. The kids dance with joy when they see Ms. Niharika walking through the door and compete to give her a hug every morning. For last 2 years, there has not been a single improvement I could think of the place. Our son already counts to twenty, knows all the alphabets, speaks in short sentences, and eats like a grown person (I don't speak to him much in English at home). He cannot wait to head to his school in the morning, tells me bye while I am getting him out of the car seat, and rushes to Marjan to give her a full-minute hug, even after Christmas break. He loves his friends there and talks about them all the time, too. Marjan pays so much attention and remembers everything about the kids; you never even have to put a name on anything you bring to the place. She just knows. Her communication with parents is open, honest, and timely. If you want your child to be loved, have blast while you are at work, and learn at early age, this is the place. Paradise Kids is a SPECTACULAR daycare. As a first time parent I was extremely nervous to transition my son into a daycare, but Marjan and Mrs Niharika went above and beyond to provide a nurturing and loving environment and to make the transition very smooth. I was shocked at how fast my son acclimated, and it was clear that he loved his teachers and the teachers loved him. Marjan also sends me videos and photos of my son participating in activities with the other children. She is always available to answer any questions or give feedback on my child. Paradise Kids provides healthy and balanced meals and that is something that is important to me since my child suffers with constipation. My son has been attending Paradise Kids for a year now and I'm very happy with the learning progress he has made. Overall I couldn't be happier with my choice. Marjan is truly a blessing in every sense of the word! I found her and her daycare during a very trying time. She truly cares about each of her students and their individual development. I say students because she really focuses on each individual child in her care and their individual growth. I credit Marjan and her daycare staff for the bright child i have today. My kid started going to Marjan when they were 2 years old and im so sad that my kid will now be going to Kinder! We fell in love with Marjan and Paradise kids daycare right away. We enrolled our son at 6 months and he's attended till almost 2 years old. he too fell in love with Marjan from the start. I am extremely lucky to have found Paradise Kids to care for my two year old daughter. The process of finding a place where my daughter would be loved and cared for was so nerve wrecking. Ms Marjan is all about loving and caring. She is so much more than just a caretaker, she genuinely worries and cares for my daughter. I can say in all honestly that, as a parent, I have learned so much from her gentle approach with children. Her food menu is extraordinarily healthy, so much so that my daughter will try any healthy food I have on my plate. They go above and beyond with the children and our boys absolutely adore them and love going to them everyday. It is not easy for any parents to leave their young kids with anyone. We have been sending our now 21 month old daughter to Paradise Kids since she was 6 months old. We had a horrible experience with the previous care taker and when we started our daughter here, the first thing that came to my mind was, "wow, this is how it's supposed to be?!" It was a world of difference from the very first day. Her caring and patient nature calmed our paranoid minds from the very beginning. When I was nursing, I visited during lunch almost everyday so I got to know her better. I selected Marjan because she is flexible (with everything from hours, meals, to your preferences), warm and friendly, caring towards the children, offers great healthy meals, and reasonable fees. Just a quick update: My son Ian still attends Paradise Kids day care! He is 2 and a half now, and Marjan has helped to teach my now toddler all of his colors, the whole alphabet, all different animals and what sounds they make, among many many other things. Since Ian started at Paradise Kids at 5 months old, Marjan has made a great effort to make improvements to her program and the play area and environment. She has also attended classes and has started studies on child development and how to help the children grow and learn. She has given me many tools and suggestions for how to help my son develop, such as offering speech therapy options and encouraging me to screen his development through the resources she provided to me. Marjan clearly loves the children and will do anything she can to help them and their parents. I am not only extremely grateful for Marjan's efforts in improvement, but also for the peace of mind in knowing that my son is loved and well cared for. He is always so happy to see her and the other kids. I can tell by my son's smile, laughter and development, that he is receiving the best care I could possibly find for him. Marjan is a great and amazing caregiver we found for my 22 months (now) old daughter! We started her daycare here since she was 18 months and in very short period she is learning lot from Marjan and her very lovable, helpful and caring family members. We had really bad experience with previous daycare, my daughter was crying in car on the way to the daycare and back home every day that we sent her there but from the day 1 with Marjan, she had been quite happy, plays nicely, learns, laughs, made little friends. She is getting good eating and sleeping habits in time and all because the way Marjan teaches her. Marjan provides very healthy and tasty food for kids and also taking care if there is any special need for anyone. She is very well educated in kids development and by her nature and attitude towards every child everyone loves her. All kids are very much connected to each other and their parents too which I saw very rarely in other daycare we have had researched/used. To give the worth credit to her family as well, we felt that they are such a loving family that it feels nothing like daycare. Her cute little son, kind and caring husband also the helping elder son who all contribute their time to all the kids make a really good atmosphere. She has even made sure that everybody who is helping her is well trained and duly certified. Unfortunately because of my own work issue I had to stop sending my daughter. But really hoping to get my things sort out soon and start her sending back to this great place! I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking for a genuinely nice, loving place for their kids' care and I am always open for providing reference if somebody need to hear more :)! read more
