For the pedicure, the chair didn't heat the water, and after about 15 minutes they had to use an electric kettle to warm it. I then waited almost another 20 minutes before any pedicure steps continued. My nails weren't clipped, calluses weren't addressed, and the massage was extremely light. The polish selection was great, but the paint job wasn't very consistent. For my manicure and nail set, the final result was pretty and well-shaped, but it wasn't what I asked for -- even the colors ended up very different from the reference. I did really like the clear, thin press-on style they used, but I wish the airbrush work had matched the design I showed more closely. Overall, the staff was kind, and the space is lovely, but the timing, technical consistency, and attention to detail weren't what I expected for a first visit.

The polish they put on my toes lasted about 3 months and they shaped them to grow nicely. I have gotten 2 full sets of acrylic there and both times they were phenomenal. First set was a shorter almond with just a french tip, i was worried about the time and the ladies said "no problem" and got them done in about 3 mins (after i had spent an hour doing nail prep and such) and the art didnt look sloppy or ruined at all! the second time i went i took my SIL and e both got sets, she works as a farmhand with horses all day so she was so happy when her nails lasted through all her hard work. I showed my artist something off pintrest and she said "leave it to me" and they were nicely done and almost an exact copy of the inspo i gave her! and they were $55 for a full set with different designs on almost every finger!!
