    Yummy Beef Stew
    Heidi M.

Delightful private bistro owned & operated by chef. Delicious menu with homemade soups, sandwiches, Kielbasa & Cabbage diners and fresh Key Lime pie & other dessert treats. Located in a low traffic shopping therefore a peaceful dining experience. I had the very tasty beef stew that is on the menu daily. My mom had the tuna fish that also was amazing. Nice place to enjoy lunch alfresco!

Decent food, very friendly service. Mac n cheese was especially good. No frills though, when you order a sandwich don't expect chips or fruit or anything.

I was expecting more. The place is small. Friendly staff. But the food wasn't what I had expected.

Ask the Community - Michele's Cuisine

Place is torn up and looks closed. Not sure what's going on?

They have moved a mile or two away. The new address is 18050 SE 102nd Terrace, Summerfield, FL 34491. It comes up if you google the business, plus I called them to confirm. I am not sure why Yelp does not fix this.

The green peppers were so I ercooked and limp on top of the pizza cheese. It was like they were prepared for other dishes and just lumped (not spread) on top of the pizza. Our son in law had the trio which was lasagna, cheese ravioli & chicken parm. It had a creamy sauce and he said it was pretty good but he also got sick about an hour later. (? Not sure why) Our daughter had the pasta with Bolognese and did not like it at all. This trip was so disappointing. We had heard how good the food was here. We totally disagree and will not return. Did mention it was disappointing?

Opening the bag and beginning to eat it we found first of all the soup was way over salted that it was just horrible!! So we set it aside and started on the pasta dish. Again so much salt that we threw the entire dish out .... I had cereal for dinner. I called the restaurant and spoke to who I believed was the manager when I told her how bad it was she seemed to know already by saying "was it too salty " before I even mentioned it. She said I could return it and they would remake it ... 25 min ride each way . I said we eat there often and I just wanted them to know it happened . About a week later we again stopped in and I spoke to the same manager about the salty take home dinner. She said she remembered my call and that she checked with the kitchen ...nothing more, not even an apology. We did have a good dinner that night and the food was good as usual but the fact that she really cared less has left that salty taste in my mouth and we will no longer stop at that restaurant.

The music was so loud we literally had to shout at each other to be heard. It was almost impossible to hear the service staff so they had to shout so we could hear them. The salmon size was awesome for an additional $3.00! My wife had a gluten free chicken dish with pasta and she loved it as well! Also, no up charge for the GF pasta!! We concluded that it is better to go there for lunch for deals and it was quieter. Meaning, at night they offer music, which is great except it is too loud in the small space. We were with another couple last time and asked to be away from the music so we could have a conversation. BUT, that being said, the food (which took a little while as they had large parties there), was fabulous! I can't say enough good about the blackened salmon! And, I asked for heavy pesto and it too was superb! Lunches in The Villages are THE way to go in terms of prices and not so crowded. Well done Redsauce!

Didn't like the food, tried a few items that the Manager insisted on in an effort to appease is, without meat and my wife with Celiac. But we left feeling we would never try it again. This time here, now maybe new owners and changed menu, lunch was fabulous. We split 2 salmon dishes, a lunch and a dinner entree as well as sharing a salad with their great house dressing creamy garlic-Caesar. We prefer romaine over the spring mix and they were happy to accommodate. The waitress, Joelle was wonderful! The bread came out with a great infused oil for dipping. It would have been nice if it was brought out without asking for it, but maybe she thought I would not want it as my wife was the one with Celiac. Someone here knows how to create wonderful sauces, which cab make ALL the difference in making a restaurant make it or break it. The flavors of the balsamic glaze, salad dressings and the blackened tartare were excellent! We ate outside, watching people and enjoying the nice weather. We WILL be back!

I also paid an upcharge for a fully loaded baked potato, but received a plain potato with none of the added toppings. I placed this order based on recommendations from other elite members, expecting a reliable, high-quality experience. Instead, between the incorrect cook on the steak and missing paid-for items, the meal completely fell short. For a dinner at this cost, this level of quality control is unacceptable. I know some people like their steak rare, I do not. I wanted to feel better on a hard day but I feel worse, clearly I cant even pay 80 bucks and get a well cooked meal.
