Served with tasty rice, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes. * Tacos: can't go wrong with tacos! All their proteins are seasoned well. * Enchiladas: my go-to. * Entomatadas: rolled-up tortillas filled with chicken and topped with tomato sauce -- yum! * Fajitas * Chimichanga Give Casita a try!

Veggie fajitas were surprisingly tasty and they had texture/ not a bunch of overcooked veggies. Rice and beans were flavorful too. Not so impressed with the guacamole or queso- just average, but the salsa was really good. The jalepeño margarita was great (salt rim) and so were the mezcalitos! Service was pretty good, but could have been better. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are perfect. Definitely recommend if you haven't been before.

Problem was it was close to 10 PM when we got out but La Parrilla was open until 10:30 PM. But the host greeted us with a smile and brought us to our table in the back, and there was a large group upfront. Let me tell you that every employee we encountered, even though it was very late, made us feel incredibly welcome and did not rush us at all! Our waiter, Emilio, was fun and kind, and kept our chip basket and drinks full. Amazing service! Being so late, we only ordered one entrée, chicken chimichanga. My wife ordered a hard taco supreme à la cart, and we also had a small table side guac before the meal came out. That size was plenty enough for the both of us, and could've been enough for 3-4 people. I was incredibly impressed at how fresh everything was, and we were delightfully surprised to see that the taco shell and the taco bowl that my lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream sides came in, were freshly-made light and crunchy taco shells!! We are excited to come back and visit again, this time will bring our local family. OH, and let me say this place gets CLEANED at night!! Since we were there so late we could see their closing procedures and EVERY staff member was deep cleaning thoroughly (away from us, which we appreciated). That was nice to see!

I originally ordered the birria tacos because I couldn't make up my mind, but at the last minute I changed to the madurrito bowl and I'm so glad I did. This was an entrée on their Valentines menu and when I tell you, the steak was seasoned to perfection! Had a #6 (taco and enchilada). The taco came in a separate dish (okay) but fell apart when I tried to pick it up. I've eaten Mexican food for 50 years and this was the worst I've ever had (not kidding). The enchilada was cheese and there was plenty but it was about as dry as it could be. A little sauce would have definitely helped. The server was very attentive on the front end. When we were done, I had to flag the manager for our checks. He got right on it but 10 minutes later we were still sitting there, waiting to pay. I had to flag the manager down again. This was unacceptable. Even with 3 stars, I would never eat here again.
